Discover this superb 250m² family home offering breathtaking views of a large garden and private swimming pool (open from 30 May to 31 August). Spacious and perfectly equipped, it can accommodate up to 12 people for a memorable stay between nature and relaxation just a few minutes from the beaches and iconic sites of the Emerald Coast.

Outside the house, enjoy a large tree-lined garden, with outdoor furniture and a private swimming pool. Everything you need to make the most of the fine weather, all in a privileged, peaceful and verdant setting.



Enter the house and discover a lovely reception room with storage for coats and shoes.

To the left of the entrance, going down two steps, discover a vast lounge flooded with light thanks to a large bay window overlooking the garden and pool. This space is designed for gathering, relaxing, or watching a film thanks to the video projector available.

The room then extends into a large independent kitchen, perfectly equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle... with a convivial dining table. Two doors allow direct access to the outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying the fine weather.

On the other side of the entrance, there are separate toilets, then a large bedroom equipped with a double bed (160x200), numerous cupboards and a private bathroom comprising shower, bath, WC and two sinks. A staircase in this bedroom leads to a mezzanine with two single beds (90x190), ideal for children.



Climbing the main staircase, you arrive at the first floor where you will find 2 bedrooms each with a Queen-Size bed (160x200) and its own en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. You will also find a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and a shared bathroom with bathtub.

On the second floor, you will discover a beautiful master bedroom with King Size bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

A separate WC is located on the first floor at the level of the staircase.

For added convenience, you will also have access to a large laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and will also have an outdoor parking space (it is possible to park two small cars or one large car) just in front of the house.

The house is situated right next to the village church, which adds to the charm of the surroundings but may occasionally result in some bell sounds.

Please note: this house is located in the heart of a quiet village and near other homes. Gatherings for family celebrations or other events are prohibited due to noise disturbance.
