An atypical, former "family" country warehouse, completely renovated with meticulous attention to detail, style, and taste, nestled on the edge of a pasture (home to peaceful cows in season) on the outskirts of a small, typical village with shops (and a multi-sports pitch). In the heart of the unspoiled Bresse countryside, a tranquil, gently rolling setting combining beautiful wild forests, cultivated fields, verdant meadows, and idyllic ponds and rivers, not far from the banks of the Seille (a remarkable ecosystem prized by anglers and nature lovers alike, protected as a Natura 2000 and ZNIEFF site for its rich fauna and flora, a migratory bird sanctuary, rare plant species, numerous fish including the famous wels catfish, and other wildlife). A very comfortable cottage. Spacious and bright. A very elegant, contemporary, and refined home with a decidedly "loft and industrial" feel, inspired by "country chic" and "vintage finds." A cozy and inviting atmosphere, soft and incredibly enveloping. Full of charm and character. The meticulously curated decor uses automobiles as a central theme, an inspired tribute to the former garage that occupied the property.
