PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes/apartments as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

PACK-AND-PLAY AND HIGH CHAIR NEED TO BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN.
Requests after 72 hours before check-in will be charged $50 to have them assembled.

We don't provide pool towels

* Rental Agreement should be filled out and signed prior to check in. If this form is not completed properly and returned at least 48 hours prior to arrival, check-in information will not go out. There is a security deposit ($300.00).

Fantastic, clean and convenient!

The condo was wonderful, and the kids were so excited about the Disney-themed bedrooms. Everything was very clean, which we truly appreciated, and the location was very convenient to all the theme parks with plenty of parking available. Definitely would stay here again!

June 2026 - Disney trip

We had a great stay, this location is about 15 minutes from the parks and was really convenient. We were also able to use the clubs to go to the pool after a long park day. It was really convenient and fun for the kids. The rooms were clean and so was the kitchen. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the sliding doors had safety features for small children. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Excellent vibe

The property is very well maintained, and the artwork in the rooms kept the kids especially excited. We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout. The location is great, with nearby parks and easy access to attractions like Disney and Universal. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Clean/organized, awesome light features throughout condo, modern/updated decor, wonderful personal touches, great view from balcony, kids absolutely loved themed rooms, comfortable beds and furniture. Whole family enjoyed their stay.

Wonderful Home

Highly satisfied with our home. From pre-booking through checkout Rafaela was more than helpful. She answered all our questions, provided detailed steps for check in and check out and even followed up to ensure check in went well and we were enjoying our stay. Home was beautifully decorated and our kids loved the Moana and Buzz Light Year themed rooms. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay again.

Awesome Place for a Great Vacation

Had a great time at this Apartment. Clean, very spacious, equipped with everything you need. The amenities included such the water parks make it more amazing. Great pools to relax between park days. 24/7 security, gated complex very safe area. Close to many stores like walmart and everything else. Perfect central location to visit all Orlando amenities will be back for sure!

Spacious, Immaculate, and Kid-Friendly!

Our stay at this condo was fantastic! The property was impeccably clean, and every corner of the condo felt fresh and well-maintained. The lighting throughout the unit was phenomenal—it really set the perfect mood in each room. The themed decor was so creative, and our kids absolutely loved it! There was plenty of space to spread out, with ample seating in both the living room and kitchen, making it comfortable for our whole family to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and spacious stay! The gift that was left by the host was a nice touch as well.

Everything about my stay was fabulous.

Rafaela’s place was exactly like the picture. It was immaculate. My kids loved the pool area and I really enjoyed the lazy river. Rafaela responded to any of my questions right away. She is an excellent host. The location was great, about 25 minutes to Universal Studios and 15 minutes to Disney.I will definitely be back.

Fantastic!

This condo is beautiful inside and out! It is a great location! The pool areas are wonderful! You may have a massage in the condo through the Hideway spa and pool. The condo’s balcony is very relaxing in the morning with your coffee or breakfast. Owners are responsive and helpful. They have a nice welcoming sign and gift when you walk in. I was impressed. There is a Target and BBQ place(Smoky Bones) in walking distance. Target had some great inexpensive Disney products and BBQ place was excellent. Also with a short Lyft or Uber ride away, is a nice outdoor mall called the Loop which had a Mexican restaurant and BoneFish Grill. My husband and I give it 10/10. We will be recommending it to friends:)

Gorgeous condo; pool resort was packed

This property was lovely, clean and tastefully decorated. I had a little hiccup on check in but property managers were easily accessible even late evening. Pool area was nice but packed with people. Balcony was lovely. Very nice stay.
