Equipped with a swimming pool, a summer kitchen with pizza oven and a large living room, La Tit'Laurette welcomes you all year round for leisure or professional stays.

Nestled in the heights of the city, you will reside in a quiet area close to the center and amenities.

Its location in the Rhône Valley will allow you to visit the Drôme and the Ardèche easily and to reach the motorway in 10 minutes: Valence (20mn), Cruas (20mn), Vallée de l'Eyrieux (15mn).

The accommodations are independent and is organized on 2 levels. Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms and the living room.

The first floor is composed of large bright volumes with exposed beams:

- Kitchen: a combined fridge/freezer, a microwave, an electric oven, a 4-burner gas hob, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a Tassimo coffee maker, a hand blender, a raclette and fondue set as well as everything you need to cook.

- Large living room with living room and dining room for 8 people: a TV, a convertible corner sofa for 1 adult or 2 children.

The presence of the fireplace makes this space warm and conducive to getting together in case of bad weather.

Conversely, on sunny days, you will appreciate the air conditioning in the living room.

Upstairs, we find:

- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140 cm) with storage dressing room and reversible air conditioning.

The courtyard at the back of the house is the ideal asset to allow you to fully enjoy convivial moments.

It is equipped with a swimming pool, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven, as well as a dining area shaded by an awning and mulberry trees.

2 spaces are provided within the property. Please note that the parking lot of the house is not fenced.

In the heart of the Rhône Valley, you will be located almost between the Ardèche and the Drôme.

The Drôme Provençale is 45 minutes away, the mythical Gorges de l'Ardèche 1 hour away, or the Drôme Valley 35 minutes away.

You can take the motorway 9km away and reach Lyon in 1h30, Avignon in 1h20 or Annonay in 1h10.

For professionals, the industrial zones of Portes-lès-Valence and Loriol are 15 minutes away, the CNPE de Cruas 20 min.

Private accommodation with independent entrance. However, please note that the parking lot is to be shared with the tenant residing on the first floor of the property (2 spaces are reserved for you).

Typhanie accompanies you throughout your stay. She is available by phone or on the Vrbo messaging service to answer your questions. She will contact you as soon as you book and will send you the necessary instructions for the smooth running of your stay before your arrival.

• The swimming pool is generally open from June to September. Depending on the weather, the opening period is subject to change.
• Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent the sheets for €15 per kit for a double bed and €10 for a single bed.
• Cleaning is included.
• Pets are allowed, however please note that cats are present on the property.
• The first floor of the property is occupied by a tenant with whom you share the parking only (a space is reserved for him).
