Kayak or Paddleboard (2 kid kayaks, 3 adult kayaks 1 of which is tandem, 2 kid paddleboards and 4 adult paddleboards provided) over to the secluded beach for a picnic lunch. Catch a tan on the lounge chairs on the main level deck or out on the bayside water float. For the younger kids there is a swing set with house and slide, a springless trampoline, basketball hoop, electronic dart board, 2 player PacMan arcade with multiple games and a foosball table. From the main deck and private master bedroom balcony’s the views go on for miles to the west and south. After a day of paddle boarding and kayaking enjoy a relaxing spa session in the 6 person hot tub or refresh yourself in the hot water equipped outdoor shower. Grab a drink and snack from the fully stocked complimentary mini bar. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with 48" Thermador Range or on the outdoor gas grill. There are three outdoor entertaining areas, the main deck with teak lounge chairs, benches, dining table and bar height table for two. The covered patio on the ground level with a lounge area, picnic table, two swinging chairs, stocked mini bar, sink and BBQ prep area. The bayside firepit area with Adirondack Chairs is the perfect way to end the day. Think Smores!!!! (all kindling and firewood is provided) After a fun filled day retreat to the top level Master Suite w/ king size bed, walk in closet and private bath w/ custom shower w/ bench. There are two additional bedrooms on the top level and an additional full bath with shower tub combo plus a laundry room. The bedrooms consist of twin over full and an additional twin size bed that can be pulled out in both rooms, sleeping 4 guests per room. On the main level there is an office/additional sleeping area with a queen sized sleeper sofa, Smart TV and a half bath. The fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and bar seating is located on the main level along with the open concept dining room and living room with a Smart TV. On the lower level there is a newly updated bedroom/game room with a pullout queen sofa, Pac Man Arcade, foosball table, dartboard and Smart TV, full bathroom with standup shower. The newly updated room sleeps an additional two guests! This room is perfect for older kids or other family members looking for a bit more privacy!!
