The main bedroom has a King size bed, 2 of the guest bedrooms have Queen size beds and the fourth bedroom as two twin size beds.

In the warmer months you will be able to enjoy the swimming pool to spoil the family and BBQ your favorite meals.

Every Saturday visit the Johnson City Market Days and shop local artisans, gifts, fashion and the Texas Wine 🍇 Country! You will want to go before sundown to walk our historic downtown to enjoy local food, beer, wine, and festivities in a family fun atmosphere.

This spacious home is conveniently located in the Texas Wine Country- and near the Pedernales River. We are drivable to Dripping Sprigs, Austin, Fredericksburg, Blanco, Burnet and San Antonio.

This 4 bedrooms & 3 1/2 bath has plenty to offer - situated on just under 2 acres gives you privacy and space.

Your wine, beer and distillery tasting adventures start here in Johnson City and goes west, towards Fredericksburg Texas Many places are right on the Texas Highway 290 Wine Road. This stretch of highway is the 2nd most-visited wine touring area in the world next to Napa Valley in California!

Pedernales Falls State Park is about a 20 minute drive away, where you can hike, mountain bike, picnic, geocache, bird watch and ride horses. On the river, you can swim, wade, tube or fish. Look for local wildlife and plants at the bird blind and butterfly garden.
Swimming: Access to the swimming area is a strenuous 1/4-mile (or more) hike, and includes steep rock stairs with no handrail.

Check out the Science Mill~ You wouldn’t necessarily expect a town as small as Johnson City, Texas, to be home to a fantastic children’s science museum–but it is!Housed in a historic mill right downtown, the Science Mill offers interactive exhibits dedicated to helping kids explore STEM subjects, and is a must-see when looking for things to do in Johnson City with kids!
