The Space:

Our Grand Caribbean 1BR condo, unit 205, is exactly what you need if you want to get away. This freshly renovated unit has some of the finest views in all of the Grand Caribbean complex. Sitting on the balcony, you look directly out to the Gulf of Mexico. Simply put, you'll love this condo! The condo sleeps 6 with a king in the master bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and hallway bunk beds suitable for 2 kids. 



Interior Appointments: 2 TVs and wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchen and high-end cotton linens.



Situated across the street from the beach and on Cotton Bayou, this boat friendly complex is the ideal setting for your next family getaway. This is one of the few resorts in Orange Beach that has space for your boat and trailer. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis (off-season only, from Labor Day to Memorial Day). Enjoy boating on Cotton Bayou or cross the street to enjoy a day at the beach with your toes in our snow white sand and views of the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.



The Grand Caribbean complex has an outdoor pool, new workout room, and added large screen TVs in the breezeway at the pool for sporting events and family movie nights. Grand Caribbean is perfectly situated in the middle of Orange Beach, so you've got access to restaurants, grocery stores, hiking and biking trails, and all the fun that Orange Beach has to offer. 



Parking is limited to one (1) car. You will receive an email in advance of your arrival to register and pay for your parking pass. If you do not receive it, please let us know. You must complete this step in advance of your arrival. Grand Caribbean is charging $50 per parking pass. This price can change at any time, without notice.

The view was great! Totally enjoyed our stay! I even accidentally left a few items in the condo and the staff made sure to retrieve them and get them back to me!!

Walls dirty, patio furniture absolutely filthy. Floors turned feet black so obviously no one had mopped before our arrival. Bathtub was really clean. We were misinformed about being able to bring seadoos. The overall property of the condos is nice. They told us all the boat slots were taken but they weren’t. We found a nice place to store them though. The check in check out process is easy. I’d go back to stay at the property just maybe not this condo.

Family Friendly

The condo was very nice and had everything as listed. It has a great location close to the beach and very close to grocery stores. My only concern was the cleanliness. The floors were so dirty that we were not able to go barefoot due to our feet turning black from the dirt. We did end up buying a inexpensive mop, so that we didn't have to wear shoes the entire week.

Nice view.

The location is good. The unit is nicely laid out. All of the amenities were provided. The check in and check out times are a down fall of our stay. The 6 hr gap is definitely a problem. Having to pay to park across the street from the beach as well. The pool is small for the size of the complex. Would stay again, if this process changes in the future

Not bad for what you pay for

The room has no broom, the dish washer does not work, the living room window has a large crack in it, and the toilet paper was almost gone with no additional roll in the condo.

The location was great! It is right across from the public beach... just cross the street! Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores to pick up essentials (Walgreens, CVS, Walmart and Publix are all within walking distance). The condo was easy to find, the room was spacious and the balcony had a great view of the beach. It was clean, well stocked and worked well for the three of us!The beds were comfortable and the rooms were well insulated so you didn't hear the outside road noise. Overall, it was a great condo for a last minute getaway! Thank you for a great stay!!
