Our expertly decorated, family home is located in a quiet neighborhood near St Pius. The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer family stay. This spacious home is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for six. There are three private bedrooms with queen beds. The main bathroom has a full shower and bathtub option, the master features a jetted soaking bathtub and a stanalone shower. The spacious livign room includes a smart television with access to the fully fenced backyard. There is a two-car garage, washer and dryer and plenty of closet space with extra bedding, sheets, and towels. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance.

This neighborhood is bike friendly and walkable. There are also bus stops within walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. Check In Instructions will be sent to you on the day you are expected to check in. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own diacretion.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
