This bright and comfortable house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: • 5 welcoming bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 guests, including: - On the first floor: living room/TV area convertible into a bedroom with a comfortable 140cm sofa bed and en-suite bathroom - Upstairs: ✓ 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom ✓ 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom ✓ 1 bedroom with a trundle bed (2 x 80cm) and a single bed (90cm) ✓ 1 bedroom with a desk and a sofa bed 140 • 3 modern bathrooms for optimal comfort, one with a bathtub and shower • 2 toilets (1 on the first floor and 1 upstairs) • A welcoming living/dining room for sharing good times and an adjoining TV/games room for privacy, ideal for children during the day or evening and convertible into a bedroom (see above) • A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking delicious meals together) • A pleasant terrace with Plancha grill, for lunch and enjoying beautiful summer evenings. Our house can accommodate up to 11 people, but for greater comfort we recommend: • 10 adults maximum for a weekend • 6 to 8 adults maximum + 3 to 5 children for a week or more. We do not normally provide bed linen and towels. If needed, please contact us; we will let you know if this is possible depending on the period and/or length of your rental. The bed linen and towel package is €24 per double bed and €12 per single bed. Our house was completed in 2025, so the exterior is not yet fully finished. 🌊 Nearby: • Monsieur Hulot Beach and Grand Traict Beach are easily accessible on foot in 10 minutes or by bicycle. • Coastal path towards La Baule or Saint-Nazaire for magnificent walks along the ocean. • In Saint-Marc-sur-Mer, a few minutes from the house, you'll find shops (bakery, mini-markets, pharmacy), bars, restaurants, and a local market on Thursdays (summer only) and Sundays (all year round).
