Thank you, Mark! We’re glad your group enjoyed the estate and recognized the exceptional value. ScottsdaleStays specializes in providing large groups with spacious, multimillion-dollar resort estates, outstanding amenities, and responsive local service—all at a nightly rate often comparable to just a few nearby hotel rooms. We truly appreciate your 10/10 rating and hope to host your group again! —Robin ScottsdaleStays

Thank you, Fred. We’re glad you enjoyed the quiet location, comfortable home, and resort-style backyard. We were a little surprised by the 8/10 rating given your positive comments and the exceptional off-season value received. Your group stayed in a $1.8 million estate for approximately the nightly cost of two nearby hotel rooms. During peak season, this home commonly rents for over $3,000 per night and consistently receives five-star reviews. Nevertheless, we appreciate your business and are pleased your grandsons had such a wonderful time. —Robin ScottsdaleStays

Hi Xavier, Thank you for your stay at ScottsdaleStays and for the great review of our 6-bedroom Cholla Estate. We’re glad your group enjoyed the property and had a great experience. Homes like this are designed to give guests far more space, privacy, and amenities than traditional hotels — all in one private Scottsdale estate. We appreciate you choosing ScottsdaleStays and hope to host your group again in the future. Returning guests can also receive special pricing and save significantly by booking directly through our website on future stays. Thanks again and safe travels! ScottsdaleStays

Hi Christopher, Thank you for staying with ScottsdaleStays and for recognizing the communication, responsiveness, and the amount of entertainment space the estate offers for large groups. Many guests choose our estates because they provide far more space, privacy, and activities than reserving multiple resort hotel rooms — often for a similar overall cost for the group. Isn’t it nice getting to stay in a $1.5M private estate with hundreds of thousands invested into upgrades, amenities, and entertainment features for about the same overall budget as renting just two hotel rooms at the Hyatt or Westin in this area — while also having full-time local staff available to answer questions and assist throughout your stay? We appreciate your stay and hope to host you again in the future. Returning guests can also save substantially by booking direct with ScottsdaleStays on future visits. ScottsdaleStays

Amy, we’re sorry your stay was disrupted. Cleanliness and pest concerns deserve prompt attention, and we understand that inspections and relocating took time away from your vacation. Our response included a pest-control inspection, maintenance visits, and ultimately a complimentary move to an upgraded estate that normally rents for approximately $1,500 more per night. That was a substantial effort to accommodate your group, although we recognize it did not erase your initial concerns. Our maintenance team is available by phone to address issues during a stay. We are reviewing the reported conditions and the timing of our response to improve how concerns like these are handled. ScottsdaleStays
