Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and private bathroom with sink, a convivial lounge area with a TV and a double sofa bed, as well as a second bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a double sofa bed. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet completes this floor.
From the bay window of the living room, you will have direct access to a beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view of the Serre-Ponçon lake. It is the ideal place to share an outdoor meal or simply enjoy the exceptional panorama. The vast, green and peaceful grounds invite you to rest and moments of conviviality.
In the surrounding area, many outdoor activities are available to you: hiking in the surrounding forests and mountain pastures, water sports on the lake (sailing, paddleboarding, swimming, fishing, etc.), mountain biking, cycle tourism or paragliding for thrill seekers. In winter, the resorts of Réallon, Les Orres and Crévoux are easily accessible for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.
