There is a private and quiet patio completely fenced: a great place for relaxing. Sip iced tea and listen to the seagulls.
The space
Modern living area with comfortable couches and a Open dining area with a table for up to 6 people and large new kitchen with granite countertop and brand new top of the line appliances including an extra-large refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, utensils, dishes, and wine glasses.
The front of the house has a full driveway for 2 cars and plenty of free off street parking.
There is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 guests bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

The entrance of this unit is from the back alley. The building is a duplex with 2 twin units.
The front unit is completely independent with the entrance from another street

The rental is clean and check in/out is easy. Good location next to Publix and other shops. As other reviewers stated, it lacked several things - hand towels for bathrooms, staples like salt/pepper/sugar, dressers, extra pillows/blankets. The checkout time is listed as 10 in one place and 11 in another. One toilet doesn't refill without help. It's clean, but very basic.

Tired and sparse

All I can say is that this property has seen better days. While clean, it seriously lacked many things. First off, we noticed a few broken items (lamp, coffee table, blinds) which we took pictures of so we wouldn't be accused of breaking. The kitchen was sparse to say the least. There were only 2 dinner forks and 2 dessert forks which meant we were constantly washing dishes so we could eat. Also, there is a dishwasher, but no dishwasher soap so everything had to be washed by hand. Almost nothing in the kitchen. We even had to go to Publix to purchase salt and pepper so we could make breakfast. Only a few towels in each bedroom and maybe a washcloth or two.....no hand towels anywhere and the towels were very worn. No extra blankets, pillows, etc. which we ended up not needing, but would have been nice if it had been chilly. The biggest thing was an issue with one of the toilets that required a plunger which wasn't in the rental, making us, again, go out to the store to get one since the owners didn't reply to our voice mail. Not impressed with this property.

Excellent for Family of Four with older kids

Would consider this place again on my next trip to visit family in South Florida. Super convenient location with easy access to beach, highways and airports (FLL and MIA). Having a Publix and Cuban coffee shop within a 2 min walk is superb. The small patio with shade is really nice place to relax outdoor. The alley access is weird at first, but I got over it very quickly. Kitchen equipment and overall furniture is very basic compared to other VRBOs I've stayed in the US and abroad. Yet they had nice beach chairs. No dressers in the bedrooms was a significant inconvenience. We could not fully unpack our suitcases for a 5 day stay.

Bonner Brothers Hair Convention

We are Professional Barbers who were in town for the Bronner Brothers Hair Show at the Miami Convention Center on Miami Beach. The stay was convenient, pleasant and within walking distance of grocery stores, eaters and retail chains. We Loved the entire Experience. We shall return!!

Excellent location and well maintained

Check in process was extremely simple and convenient. Place was well kept and in a great location. Had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Hollywood Spring Break

Great place to stay. Close to Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk. A 5 minute circuit ride to get from the house to the beach! Great area walking distant to downtown!

Cozy and spacious!

Me and my family spend a great time in the house, very spacious and the boys were very happy with their own bedrooms, you need to drive but Hollywood beach is very close, overall great!

Clean and not too far from the beach.

Really clean, and a wonderful property manager! She was so helpful and always answered quickly. The Property is about a mile or so from the beach so you definitely need a car. But otherwise it was extremely convenient. There are beach chairs available as well. There’s a Publix literally around the corner and a Walgreens across from that. Area was quiet; however, I was not very comfortable with the location of the house entrance in the alley way. I would have liked to have known that prior to renting given that we had our boys with us. Area is not suited for small children. The property is newly renovated with a bright and beach color scheme. However, the bedrooms are lacking in furniture and storage. Very small (and short) stone-like nightstands and that’s it. I would have liked some drawer space given we were there for 5 nights. There is some shelving in the closets. Overall, I would recommend this property to adults interested in the Hollywood area. 👍

Great location

We loved the location of the property, to walk and get groceries at Publix, or go get a coffee at the Nordic cafe. It was great- also had free parking. It was a safe neighborhood. You do drive to the beach- that’s not walkable but a very quick 5 minute drive. (You do pay to park everywhere at the beach) Overall really loved the location and would stay there again.

My name is Patrizia and when I was a young mom in Italy, I had little money, but a big love of travel. It was the passion of my life! I also knew my two children would benefit from experiencing the world. For these reasons, I worked hard to make travel work for us.

Of course, doing so meant many hours spent seeking affordable and safe accommodations for a woman travelling alone with her two kids. It was difficult at times. But discovering homes to rent was a life saver for us! We have had some wonderful trip borrowing others’ homes for a week or so whenever we can!

Now, 20 years later, I am passionate about providing affordable, well-designed spaces for visitors to our beautiful corner of the world: Hollywood, Florida.

My husband Marco was my first love in Turin, Italy, and is now the best teammate I could ask for. After 25 long years apart, we reconnected, and it was like being 16 again! We moved here to Miami together and started our business, which we built on our shared passion for real estate, design, and creating fun spaces infused with love and beauty for our fellow travelers. . Our apartments are furnished and equipped with all the best. We live near the properties and will be ready to act promptly in case of any need or problem, we are confident we can make our guests feel as if they’ve found another home away from home!
