This cozy, seventh-floor, Gulf-front retreat, just three miles from Perdido Key State Park, boasts comfortable furnishings, stylish décor, updated electronics and appliances, and luxurious touches throughout. The living area offers plenty of seating where the whole family can lounge, not to mention the sliding glass doors that lead out to the expansive covered balcony with a spectacular view of the Gulf! Wake up and sip your morning coffee while the sun rises over the Gulf of Mexico, or even enjoy dining under the stars while the tranquil sound of the waves relaxes your senses and calms your mind. The kitchen is well-appointed to suit everyone's cooking needs. There is even a dishwasher to help you clean everything up after mealtime.

Relax after a long day of recreation in one of the two luxuriously appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a comfortable bed for a great night's sleep, a cable TV, and an en suite full bath. The other bedroom is a bunkroom and also has a TV.

As a guest, you'll also have access to a variety of shared amenities such as Pickleball, beachfront hot tub, tennis court, and fitness center. Take a dip in one of the serene community pools. With two pools on-site, you can have a relaxing lounge poolside without worry about crowds.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
