Beautiful sound views morning & at sunset!! Comfortable mattress on the bed. Perfect for our needs. Very clean. There was an issue with the cable tv, but we just decided to enjoy the beautiful sound, pool, and beach. We will be back. The pavilion and fishing pier added extras we loved.

Biggest let down ever for a vrbo experience. Heck of a baby moon. Busted up walls including bad patches and yet to be patched areas, missing trim, nothing as pictured-including furniture, location, flooring, etc.. Outside pics are of wrong building and point at a balcony. No balcony here. Light switches that either don’t work or have to do with the missing bulbs. Roaches and spiders crawling the walls. Hole in window frame straight to the outside. Two smoke detectors not up. One detector up, but not properly installed. Imagine the horror as a professional firefighter. Multiple lights burned out or half lit. A two star hotel would have shown this place up. I would not recommend to anyone and I’ll be researching if there is a way to get a partial refund.

Very clean and comfortable with a beautifulview from the window. Gorgeous sunsetsand could see fish jumping. Very peaceful.Everything was very nice except for the factthat the internet and tv were not working.This did not bother me but it did bother myhusband. All in all very nice.

It was advertised to have a washer machine, however the apartment itself did not you had to walk down to the pool and use the community washing and drying machine as stated in another review the main TV in the living room didn’t work. I contacted the owner and she said she could send somebody out and I said that was fine and nobody ever came out Outside of that. It was a wonderful place to stay. It’s really just big enough for two people because the glass doors do not give you the privacy that you would need if two adult couples were staying there, but the place was clean in convenient location. I would stay again if it was just me and my spouse

Peaceful beach condo

This is our third time staying at this condo. I really thought about giving it 1 star reviews so that nobody else would discover it It’s peaceful, quiet, relaxing. Whether you spend your days on the sound or walk to the beach, you just cannot go wrong with this place. Everybody we ever meet are so nice. If it’s night life and restaurants galore you’re looking for, then this place is not for you.

NO LIVE TELEVISION

Property was ok. Neither TV worked and I was unable to get any answers on what needed to be done to get either television to work and was told that the HOA would be contacted never got any satisfaction

Property was very nice. The permaneent people were very nice and helped us rezolve the problem we had with door code. They also helped with othet itemz during stay. Room itzelf was ok. Weather was not the greatest so spent alot of time indoors.Found futon couch very uncomfortable. Bathroom is very small and not really zuitAble for larger people with mobility issues9

Simple elegance

Great little condo for a great price. Owners were great too. The only reason for the 4 stars on listing accuracy is because of the over head picture of the property. The picture needs to be updated. There have been lots more additions to the neighborhood since this pic was made.

Very nice place. Just a few minor issues. Toilet seat was loose and missing a few slants on blinds in bedroom. All in all, a great place for the price

slippery seat in paradise

Great stay

This property was clean, accessible, and comfortable. Only minor complaint was the size of the bathroom, but it was not a major problem, even for my husband who is in a wheelchair. Views were great! The access to the dock was fantastic. We watched sunsets, dolphins, and made a blue heron friend. I will for sure book this property again! Thank you

Ran down

Needs a total redo. Older buildings, tiny bathroom with broken toilet seat and hole patching on walls looked like it had been there awhile. VERY uncomfortable mattress with lots of squeaking every time you moved. Uncomfortable seating in unit and furnishings were very cheap. We had an issue with power for 1-2 of the unit upon arrival which was addressed the following morning so that was good. The unit was clean and had sufficient kitchen ware. My husband had to fix the TV with a roku device we found on the bedroom TV. Multiple remote devices that didn’t belong to anything. We had to purchase batteries for the Remote to work. Owners should ensure properties are ready for paying guests and keep them updated regularly. Too many issues with 309 and furnishings were very outdated and overall low quality and not comfortable.

Small but fabulous

I absolutely loved this property. Although we were only there for 2 days, I wish we would have stayed all week on this property. It was beautiful, clean, and a breathtaking view. I can't wait to visit again. Thank you so much for allowing me to make precious memories with my daughters after the sudden loss of my husband.

We own several properties on this amazing beach, we fell in love with the white sand and the emerald water, dolphins come an visit our bay and the restaurants are very good!

The fact that this unit is on the 3rd floor makes it very attractive because of the view but there is elevators so even handicap people can enjoy the visit
