This is the only condo resort in Poipu on a sandy beach! Other condos are on a rocky shoreline or a long walk or drive to the beach. New air conditioning, fully renovated, new flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, beds, decor. Corner end unit for northeast tradewinds that keep the condo cool. This beautiful and spacious 2-level garden condo has a partial ocean view across the horizon - more than what you can see in the photos. Vaulted ceilings with no neighbors above. Everything you need is included - linens, bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchen, 55" flat screen tv in living room and bedrooms, beach chairs/towels, boogie boards, cooler, and all resort amenities including on-site office, security, housekeeping, pool, waterslide, jacuzzi, gym, tennis/ pickleball/ basketball/ shuffle board courts, golf courses, outdoor bbqs. Ceiling and floor fans in every room as well.

Kiahuna Plantation is a 35 acre resort located on Kauai's world famous Poipu Beach. Kiahuna's sensational gardens, lawns and lush tropical landscape make it an irresistible vacation destination! The sunny south shore offers a perfect holiday all year long. The east shore is windy side and the north shore (Princeville, Hanalei) is the rainy side and there are no condo resorts directly on the sand like the Kiahuna Plantation. The host was extremely responsive. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. A little rough by the water for little kids but this is a seasonal thing. Tons of beach necessities included in the unit. Spacious unit.

We try to get to KP every year in the summer and we’ve stayed at many different versions of this condo floor plan. This unit is definitely on the nicer side - recently renovated and super clean. We loved the abundance of Air conditioning and especially appreciated the living room setup. Tons of games in every cabinet, fully appointed kitchen, Rokus on every TV in every room, and the best view from any unit in the top row furthest from the water. We love grilling down by the beach and it’s an easy walk down there. Definitely looking forward to returning and renting with Kim Kauai. She’s the best host there and super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo

This condo was absolutely great for our family vacation! The unit is close to the road so an easy walk to the pool which our kids loved. There is poolside bar service which we loved :) The beach is a bit of a hike from this unit and there is no direct way to get there. That being said, the beach is great and you can snorkel. You can also easily walk to Poipu beach. The unit came with a ton of beach stuff which was also awesome. The space is huge for a family of four.it wasn’t cleaned when we arrived but I contacted Kim and we got it cleaned right away and weren’t charged. Kim was super easy to contact and was very responsive.

Location, location, location!

Amazing property that had anything we could possibly need. Easy distance to/from the airport, short stroll to the beach, clean, comfortable, and functional for families. I would happily stay here again, if only to visit Little Fish Coffee across the street every morning for an açaí bowl.

We loved our stay here. The beach was so close and easy to access. Beautiful beach too. As soon as we arrived the first day we went down to the beach. It was easy to find a spot and not crowded. Most of the view of the ocean was blocked by the properties in front, but it is still a nice view. The shops across the street were in walking distance and made it easy to grab breakfast. The place was very clean and updated and matched the pictures on the listing. Plenty of space for us (family of 5). Beds were very comfortable and the property has two very large lanais to watch the sun rise and set. Condo is also in a great location on the island and provides easy access to the west, north and east shores. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Kauai vacation

Looking forward to coming back. A fantastic experience all around. Clean, quiet, A/C for sleeping, trade winds during the day kept accommodation very comfortable. Great view, close to beach, great swimming. Gym and pool were a great addition at the athletic club. Pool side food service at the cabana was great as well. Thanks Kim, a wonderful family vacation.

It was a great week!

I'd stay in this condo again in a minute! Very clean, bright, updated, comfortable! Kim is a great manager and communicator - offered lots of suggestions and responded immediately to our questions. Condo/property is a great location to beaches and pool/gym across the street. We had wonderful week and can't wait to go back!

Wonderful place

Kim's place offers great value for family who wants to experience South Kauai to the fullest at a very affordable price. The unit is clean, spacious, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we need. Only a short walk to Kiahuna and Poipu Beach where our little boys snorkeled and saw a ton of colorful fishes and sea turtles. Community pool is right across the street with water slide, gym, tennis courts, etc. Cleaning and resort staff are friendly and helpful. Kim was awesome in communication and sent us tons of tips for local recommendations. We would highly recommend this to our friends and families.

We have lived in Southern California our entire lives, raising our sons in San Diego. We love spending our vacations in Hawaii and other tropical locations. We started bringing our boys to the Kiahuna Plantation when they were young. It was such an easy and gorgeous place to vacation that we just kept going back!

This is our favorite Hawaiian island - its lush greenery and tropical vegetation is a tropical paradise! The Kiahuna is the perfect place for families, fun and relaxing without the crowds of Waikiki or Maui !!

This is a unique low-density resort with large open grassy areas, gorgeous tropical gardens and traditional Hawaiian plantation style condos - not your typical high rise hotel. With approximately 1584 square feet/147 square meters, there's plenty of room to stretch out and relax in this well-appointed condominium. Right across the street is a mini-market for stocking the fridge, as well as restaurants and shopping. This beautiful beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and surfing right out front, with on-site rentals, surf lessons and free beach chairs/loungers and towels. Just a few steps to golf and tennis as well.
