This new mountain home is on a one acre wooded lot set back from the road and is minutes from Zion National Park's East Entrance. It has three king bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a private den with pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two covered patios, and a great room with a fireplace and large windows open to nature -- perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring!
Visit our other nearby parks with just a short drive to Bryce Canyon, North Rim Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and more. Come experience Zion like a local! We are within walking distance of the Zion Ponderosa Ranch and Resort. Resort pass price set and paid to Zion Ponderosa resort and subject to change.

This cabin is a beautiful getaway tucked away at the edge of Zion National Park. It was an easy drive into the park or to other nearby parks. The stargazing at night was next level. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts were very quick to respond and have some great recommendations. If you are looking for a retreat near Zion, this can’t be beat!

We loved that the house had king beds! The house was VERY clean and comfortable. The home had beautiful large windows which made the home feel more spacious. This home was well stocked utensils and pots and pans. We cooked dinner every night. The drive into Zion National Park from the east entrance was not far and the drive was breathtaking. Each day we drove it felt different.

Great home near Bryce Canyon and Zion

We really enjoyed our stay at the Zion/Bryce retreat. It was well stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, you name it. We had some questions and the host responded immediately. A new place with lots of room. If you're staying in the area, this is the place for you.

The three king bedroom suites with private baths were ideal, providing ample personal space for everyone and ensuring restful nights after long days of adventuring.The location was breathtaking, nestled in a remote, peaceful area surrounded by nature. We even had the joy of seeing deer while enjoying our morning coffee – such a treat! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The condo was fully stocked with all the essentials, leaving us completely stress-free.We couldn't have asked for a better home base for exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon; the cabin offered great access to both parks. If you're seeking a serene spot to unwind after thrilling hikes and activities, this is it.One small tip for future guests – our GPS pinpointed the cabin as being in Kanab rather than Orderville, so just keep that in mind when planning your route.Overall, this magical cabin was everything we dreamed of for our getaway. Zion Trip

We stayed at this property for 3 nights while visiting Zion. The home was lovely - clean, bright, and plenty spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need, and was perfectly organized. The drive to the East entrance of Zion was easy, and there were a few restaurants in driving distance for dinners. The property manager was very communicative in advance, and gave plenty of recommendations for the area (groceries, restaurants, other outings). We would definitely stay here again.

High on Zion

This property was just what we hoped for. We and 4 adult children enjoyed two nights in this new and spotless home located a short drive from the east entrance to the park. Logan and Kraig were gracious hosts and were extremely responsive to our needs. We had a problem with the grill and a quick phone call to Kraig fixed the problem. This was our first trip to Zion and everything was great - weather, company and accommodations.

Perfect home base

We loved our stay at this property! It was the perfect home base for our long weekend visit to Zion. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable and the hosts were communicative and helpful with recommendations for our visit. The location made it easy to get to hikes during the day and also for a day trip to Bryce Canyon as well.

Great house and location

The home is great, well equipped kitchen, all appliances in good working order, comfortable and clean. Proximity to Zion (2 miles to the gate) is unbeatable. Bryce Canyon is an easy drive on good roads.

Beautiful Property

We had an excellent stay and loved the breathtaking drive from the residence to the main entrance of Zion. Our weather was rainy and cold, so we loved coming “home” to a fireplace and washer and dryer to clean up our wet clothes for our next hiking adventure. Our family of four loved our stay and agree with other reviewers that the pictures don’t do the property justice.

Everything and more!

Everything about this property was just as listed and then some. So clean, quiet, roomy, and comfortable with privacy! The kitchen was not only stocked with everything you could need, it was all high quality cookware, cutlery, glassware, etc. If ever in the area again, we would choose this house in a minute. Thank you for a great place to come back to after hiking beautiful Zion National Park!

Clean, Comfy, Perfect!!

I own a small company and brought my assistants and their husbands for a weekend retreat. The home is spotless! The 3 rooms each w their own bathroom fit our group perfectly!! Every need was taken care of. The caretakers even plowed the driveway as it had fresh snow. The Ponderosa amenities were fun and a close restaurant was delicious!! We are excited to stay here again sometime.

Great Zion & Bryce location

This house was so pretty! Great setup for 2 families. 3 bedrooms & each with its own bathroom. Cute den for kids playing or adult talking/reading. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location between Zion & Bryce. A great amenities center just down the road. We both walked & drove to it. We also used the trail to watch sunset one night.

Beautiful Home!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental in Zion National Park from June 2 to June 6, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. The home was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for our group. Its convenient location outside the park allowed for easy access to the stunning scenic hikes that Zion has to offer. The beauty of the surroundings was truly captivating, and being able to step out of the house and immerse ourselves in nature was a remarkable experience. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Zion National Park.

Excellent location for Zion and Bryce National Parks

Our family absolutely loved the home. It was the perfect layout for 6 adults and a 1(+) year old. The scenic drive from the property to Zion's main entrance every morning was absolutely breathtaking not to mention all the trails seen along the way. The beautiful East Mesa Trail to Observation Point (2,100 ft above Zion Canyon floor) is only a 10/15 min drive from the home. All communication between our family and the owners prior to and during our stay was flawless. All questions were answered quickly and my son ask for an item for the baby. During the 5 night stay we spent 3 full days in Zion and 1 day at Bryce (a must) since it was only 90 miles away. I plan to stay here again!

Mountain gem

This was our first time to Zion and this community!! It did not disappoint! Beautiful, well appointed rental with all the comforts of home. Comfortable beds and lots of kitchen cooking amenities. We had an amazing time hiking and seeing all incredible things at the National park and surrounding areas! Loved Ponderosa ranch for our grandson! Rented a golf cart to get back and forth from the pool, but could have walked it if it wasn’t so hot. Would definitely come back, owners were very communicative and helpful regarding anything we were looking to do!! Thanks so much for sharing your home!!!

Absolutely Lovely

Beautiful home. Housed two families comfortably. The only complaint we have is that the house is so new that it doesn’t have blinds yet so the sun woke us up in the early morning hours. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the essentials. It was sparkling clean and cozy. Beds are all king sized with a pull out and blow up mattress. The patio was lovely for coffee talk in the morning. We were greeted by a beautiful doe Sunday morning, who was feeding nearly 25 feet away from us. The hosts were gracious and super friendly, responding to our questions and requests. Would absolutely bring the fam here in the future!

We loved the property. Three couples worked great with the three king rooms. It is a beautiful drive thru Zion but a little far. We enjoyed our stay. We sat outside on the covered patio and it was very peaceful.
