Lowcountry Cottage - A Hidden Gem in Moreland Village!

Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability. ***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole's Restaurant Access are as follows: Memorial Day Weekend and the Week of Fourth of July. These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Club.

The quintessential Lowcountry Cottage, with an open and airy floor plan that provides ample space for time spent together. The first floor features a large primary suite with private bath with a stunning soak tub, the living room sofa pulls out to a comfy queen size bed and a second bedroom is just up the stairs. From the kitchen, step out to enjoy lounging on your private screened back porch, overlooking a charming courtyard, complete with fire pit.

From your front steps, you will be just a hop, skip, and 10-minute jump away from all of the world-class amenities that Palmetto Bluff has to offer, including the Montage hotel, Spa and Octagon Restaurant, and Wilson Village, featuring Buffalos Restaurant, the Canoe Club swimming pool, kayak and bicycle rentals, Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, the May River Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and more! Enjoy your leisurely golf cart ride into town through the shade of the Live Oak trees, as you soak in the natural beauty of the Lowcountry. For the excitement-seekers, dare to get wonderfully lost as you take your bikes off-road through the many trails that stem from Moreland, or by kayak through the twisting lagoon system. WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I RESERVE YOUR HOME? MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT!
The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center

With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
