Thank you for the wonderful review of your stay at Relaxation Station. We are delighted to hear that your family of five had a fantastic time and that the home met all your needs, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable accommodations. Your feedback about the pots and pans is appreciated, and we will look into upgrading them. We look forward to welcoming you back soon for another relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Hi Christian, thank you so much for sharing your feedback as it will help us to improve future guest experience. With regard to your main concern the smoke smell, the wiring board on one of the HVAC units in the attic had a short and caught fire three weeks ago. The home has undergone smoke remediation service for several days, after which the remediation specialist verified that the smoke smell was gone, which at the time it seemed to be, although your sense of smell was clearly able to identify it! We are planning further remediation in October once the season slows a bit to ensure this is not an ongoing concern for our future guests. As to your other comments, we are new owners having purchased the home in 2021 and have put some significant investment into the home already. Thanks for your suggestions on other items to update and actually already have plans for those mentions! Please don't hesitate to reach out if we can be of assistance in the future. We do hope that you visit us again soon.
