Property was comfortable and well stocked for cooking. Bring your seasonings and condiments, and ALL paper products for more than a two-day stay. Units are a bit older but super spacious. This unit has plenty seating, which we really appreciated.Property offers lots of amenities and we hope to stay again! Safe travels!

The condo has a great layout, but needs a serious once over. There were broken shower curtain rod that we finally found in the closet, broke towel holders, carpet lifting, old yucky furniture, dripping master tub.

Beautiful and spacious condo! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. Randy was good at communicating. I was frustrated that we had to pay an additional 120 for parking. I would think at least one parking space would be included in the rental price. The filter on the refrigerator also needed to be replaced but that wasn’t a huge issue. Overall we had a great visit.

We would book again, only 2 cars allowed to park per unit. It was clean! Also, bring your own salt and pepper(other seasonings if you prefer) its a full kitchen. My family enjoyed. The front desk lady she was the BEST! (can't remember her name black woman short hair) She was AMAZING with answers questions and recommendations. The pools were cool too, bring you own speaker.

Great stay

Really enjoyed the place. There will little things that were unimpressive such as the blinds in the living area didn’t work very well, the floor outlet in the living room was coming up and was a tripping hazard, and no coffee filters for the coffee pot. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Overall, it was enjoyable.

Great unit

We loved this unit so much. It was the perfect amount of space for family with multiple bathrooms for everyone to use. We never ran out of hot water when all of us were showering. Everything was so clean. The only complaint I had was the front rooms need curtains because of the hall way lights. The building was great with the pool for the kids and slide. The parking garage kind of sucks cause it’s tight but that’s to be expected. The location was perfect and close to the beach. We want to book this same unit again when we come back!

Awesome vacation spot!

We normally stay at the Phoenix West II, but I booked this location by mistake. It turned out to be just fine. The amenities were almost the exact same, but it was a lot less crowded and busy during the week. Overall, we were pleased with our experience here and with Liquid Life. If I could give one suggestion, it would be to let your guests know that the parking pass is $52. It is stated that a pass must be purchased but doesn’t give an amount. $52 is a hefty amount to come out of your budget if you aren’t expecting a simple parking pass to be that expensive after you’ve paid all the other fees.

Thank you for your review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with Liquid Life. We are sorry for any confusion on the cost of your parking pass. The Phoenix properties actually do not allow us to provide the cost of the parking passes ahead of time for our guests. We know that this can be incredibly frustrating, but unfortunately, they handle all of their parking and we have to abide by their rules. We look forward to helping you book your next beach vacation!

Wow!!

This place is gorgeous! There were 8 of us. Six ‘kids’ ranging from 25-17 and my husband and I. There is so much room for all of us. Great views from the balcony. The lazy river was fantastic! I love that it stays open until 11 as most pools close at 10. We absolutely loved our stay here. This was our 5th time to this area and this had to be our favorite condo yet! It definitely had a home-like feel to it. Plenty of kitchenware for all of us. It was great having 4 bathrooms but we could not use the shower in one of them because the drain was leaking. But other than that it was a great place and we will definitely be back! Also like to point out we never had to wait on the elevators for very long. Plus they use grocery carts along with luggage carts here. I loved the grocery carts! Made things so easy bringing things to and from the car.
