Family Beach Vacation 2025.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time at this condo was very enjoyable. There was plenty of room for all of us. The only thing we had a problem with was the bathroom. We have a family member who is wheelchair bound so we had an issue getting to the toilet. Besides that we had a great time.

Pelican Walk 401

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo. If I could change anything it would be to change king room and full bed room so kids would not be first room by front door. That would also keep two king rooms sharing a bathroom since full room had access from their room to second bath.

Great Stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time!! The condo was clean and ready when we arrived!!The property was very well kept as well (always saw employees cleaning around the property non stop)! The rental property had a lot of room for all of us. We loved the shared bathroom between the master bedrooms. The other room was also great! It had 2 ways to get into the bathroom from hallway/bedroom). Beautiful views from the large balcony with enough sitting as well. Everyone was nice! (families and staff) Easy checking in and checking out process!! Beach service was amazing. Overall, it was a 10 out of a 10!The only thing I would say is that the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and coffee maker should be updated. We are cooking people and some equipment weren’t up to our standards. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it be nice to update the kitchen utensils and pots and pans. We will definitely be back!!!

Could be a nice place

Mold in the bathroom (which I cleaned some of it up myself); did not feel safe in the neighborhood; there was no security at any time. Gates to the beach were left open, no codes needed. The dog walk area is a good distance from the condo. The washer broke down. Help was sent immediately upon our contact. The smaller bathroom could use some better lighting. We found the "smart" tv's were not so smart. Even our techy son could not get them working correctly. We found it strange that the 2 master suites shared a bathroom. Never have seen that before! In the long run, our grands had a grand time & that is what was most important. However, I doubt we'll stay at this particular location again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Pelican Walk the last 3 years and I will book again. We love the location. Just need more carts for luggage. It's a nightmare on checkout day! Elevators have a few issues and with a bad knee that isn't fun. Would definelty recommend to anyone looking for a place away from busy areas.

Pelican Walk #401

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was ok. Beautiful pictures. Needed more pots and pans. All the walls needed painting. Sheetrock work that was done prior to our visit was not painted over. You really can’t see but a piece of the ocean from our balcony. The small 1st bathroom had a moldy shower curtain and mold around the top of the shower wall. The room overall was good. It served its purpose. It accommodated my family. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked amazing. I would stay at Pelicans Walk again but I would stay in the center of the building so I could see all the ocean. Thanks for letting us stay there.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd time at pelican walk. Beds were comfy. Inside furniture dirty & not comfy at all. Balcony furniture is ok but really need the taller chairs out there. Kitchen could use a few extra things for cooking again kinda dirty. We will be back but will try a different room.

The perfect week with family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay but will definitely not be our last. Needed a place large enough to accommodate ourselves and our daughter and family. To bring our dog was a bonus. The apartment was perfect, the furniture comfy, seating for all at the dining room table, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen. The pools were immaculently maintained. And I don't know what they use for chemicals but I did not react nor smell any. It was great having pools when the gulf was too rough. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful. The place was well maintained. And I felt totally safe if I needed to go out at night with the dog. Thanks for making this special destination vacation flawless for us.

Nice but dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice but real dirty. Air vents were filthy shower curtains were full of mold. Frying pans were useless everything would stick even with oil in them. Floor had to be swept before we moved in. Furniture was dirty. Overall I would think no one cleaned it prior to our arrival
