Relaxing waterfront cabin in a prime location on Lake Palestine. Come enjoy the East Texas pines on a large lot looking out over the water. Unwind around the fire pit, dine on the open deck or screened porch, and sit on the dock at sunset, or enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony - there are so many places to relax. This beautiful, updated home features large dining & entertaining spaces. Fully stocked kitchen with SS appliances and gorgeous granite counters includes plates, cookware, and utensils all available. Thee is a single ground coffee cup option and larger format Mr. Coffee pot available with 2 small ground coffee packets, some creamer and sweetener to get you started. Enjoy the ping pong table, basketball court, bring your own hammock for our hammock stand, feel free to use our kayaks and paddleboards, and be sure to catch a sunset or sunrise on the dock.

Very Lovely Lake House

Well decorated and fun lake house with lots of amenities. Loved the screened in porch and boathouse!!!

Bullard Lake House

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and you can't beat the lake front views. Plenty of room for all of us.I highly recommended a stay in this beautiful vacation rental.

Weekend getaway

Great place for a weekend getaway for the family. Enjoyed our stay, good fishing, beautiful scenery, and memories made. Communication with the host has been fantastic.

Great Time at the Lake

We had a great time at the lake. Outdoor space was excellent. Shaded pier worked very well for swimming and fishing. Note, water is only 4 ft deep off pier. Host included extras like essentials for making smores, sun screen, and bug spray. Each of the top bunks are only rated for 120 lb. My opinion is that the info should state 8 adults and 2 kids as max capacity. We had to have one person sleep on floor with mattresses.

Perfect get away with the family!

Had a wonderful four night getaway to celebrate our daughter‘s birthday as well as Easter. We loved the accommodations and the screened in covered porch overlooking the lake. Kids and adults both enjoyed catching fish off of the covered dock. Paddle boards, kayaks, lifejackets were provided. We had two small children, so we brought our own lifejackets, which I would recommend to make sure there’s a good fit. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to create lots of tasty meals during our stay. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. Look forward to making this a yearly trip. -Beth

Anniversary mid-week getaway

Most beautiful place

Me, my husband, kids, cousin and friends really loved this house. The views were so beautiful and weather was perfect! The owner Leslie is awesome and very very organized and detailed! We really had a blast!

As advertised

This property was as advertised. It was a bit tight for 8 people (4 adults + 4 children), but everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in. The neighborhood was not as expected, but the property itself was lovely with a great view and access to the lake (lots of fishing!). I would stay at this property again with fewer people. Were happy with our stay!

This was the perfect setting to celebrate our 47th Anniversary and my Uncles 82nd Birthday. A nice quite relaxing few days on the lake was perfect!

Meet in the Middle Girls Getaway

We had a group of 7 ladies come together from different areas to hang out for a girls weekend getaway. The home was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone. All the necessities were there & the view was amazing! Enjoyed everyl minute of our stay. Leslie was great!

memorial day

there were 9 of us staying memorial weekend. beds were comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. sitting on the boat dock was our favorite meeting place after a day of fishing and just looking around the lake. the firepit had outdoor seating for everyone. really enjoyed our stay and didn't look forward to leaving.

This place is the total package!

We rented this home for a Christmas present for us to get to spend time with our adult children and our grandson. We wanted a getaway so we could escape our busy schedules and we definitely picked the perfect home. Well equipped, beautiful lot, cozy furniture and great parking for all of us. We will be returning for sure because Leslie was great with communication and the house was everything we wanted and more!!!! Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL!!!

Booking was so wonderful of this nice property that was steps away from the lake, but the agent made it exceptional. She was accessible, quick, and understanding after we made a mistake while booking. Planning now to return and will definitely look to booking with Leslie Martin Cifuentes. The property was very nice and games were enough to keep us busy for hours.

Birthday trip

We had a good stay. Caught lots of fish from the boat dock. I gave a 5 star rating because the inside of the house is very nice and clean. The outside of the house is ok, but needs some spring cleaning. The host was very responsive with communication. Also, the host recommended a restaurant for my husband’s birthday dinner in Tyler named Javi’s and it was fantastic! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great time with family.

Reasonably nice property that is somewhat dated. Bunk beds are apparently counted as sleeping accomodations for 6 people (3 in each). My grands are young adults and there was no way they were able to use the upper bunks or 2 people in the lower bunks. Should be detailed info on weight limit for upper bunks. All that said we had a great time and enjoyed our long weekend.

Great lake house

We rented a boat for a day and used the house as base camp. It worked out perfectly. You can easily tie up to the dock and go in the hosue for a break. The kids had a blast taking out the kayaks they provided and playing ping pong in the garage. There were snore fixins greeting our arrival and we had s’mores - after picking up some firewood on our shopping trip. They are also set up to be pet friendly with a dog crate in thr covered patio and place to feed the dogs there as well. Screened in covered patio was a great place for us to play a game. Great lake house with plenty of room for us (10 people and a dog).

Simply Exceptional

As a VRBO Property Owner by default we set a very high bar when we stay at other properties. With the above said, I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house on Lake Palestine, Texas, and I can confidently say that it was a truly wonderful experience. The house itself was a haven of comfort with tasteful decor that exuded warmth and charm. The owners had clearly paid meticulous attention to detail, as every amenity one could desire was readily available. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from the house's windows. We spent many hours on the deck, having morning coffee and enjoying the nature. The house also featured a private dock, allowing easy access to the water for swimming, fishing, or simply enjoying the gentle lapping of the water. In conclusion, my stay at this Lake Palestine house was a terrific experience. From the stunning location and well-appointed accommodations to the warm hospitality of the host, everything was simply exceptional. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of Texas.

Beautiful home on the lake. This was the 2nd time to stay at this property, we celebrated my son's 24th birthday and we will rent here again. The owner was quick to respond with any questions/concerns. We enjoyed S'mores by the firepit and caught a few fish from the dock. Such a beautiful place!

Mom of 3 boys. We have so many wonderful family memories at this home. We come out as often as possible in between the kids crazy extra curricular schedules. I hope you find as much enjoyment here as we do!

With such great open spaces and so many places to relax, this is the perfect spot for family and friends. The screened porch is so nice in the rain or to escape mosquitos. The open deck is wonderful for an open air dinner by the grill. The firepit landing is perfect for late night lounging and star gazing and the dock is the SPOT for sunsets. We fell in love with this home right away and have never looked back.

This property is in a wonderful spot on the lake - near deep water and the dam- and we would be happy to recommend boat rentals or jet ski rentals as well.
