Casa Dos Sonhas is a Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully equipped apartment. This modern apartment is ideal for families, couples and friends and offers a spacious open plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Area with patio doors leading out to the spacious terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The newly decorated living room has a flat screen Smart TV with a great selection of channels.

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor with a lift, there is private parking for 1 car underneath the building.

Only 300 meters to the most beautiful beach in Carvoeiro! Many great restaurants and other amenities within a very short walking distance. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the spacious terrace overlooking the streets of Carvoeiro! Come and stay, you will not be disappointed!

Other things to note
For families traveling with young children, our managers can provide cots and high chairs for a small additional cost.

Our Property Managers manage all the advertising for the apartment, Emma will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and will arrange your arrival at our property.

Algarve Heaven

Great location, only minutes walk to beach, restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Clean, well appointed condo in beautiful Carvoeiro. Easy check in and out, on site parking a plus. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect place!

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Very clean and in a lovely centric area. Communication with the host was constant and great! We will recommend it to family and friends.

Great Location

Comfortable, well equipped apartment with a great location for people who like city life. Emma is an incredible host who is prompt to attend to any minor problems. Her welcome package was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment & location

In July 2023 my wife, 2 kids & I stayed for 10 days. We had an amazing experience in Emma’s location. It was very clean & a cleaner came during our stay to clean, mid stay. Prime location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants & stores near by. We’d certainly stay there again

Excellent apartment

This was are third time at this lovely apartment it has every thing you need for a great holiday the beds are very comfortably and the walk in shower in the double bedroom is fantastic. The balcony is beautifully furnished with great seating .Emma who looks after the apartment is great and the welcome pack was much appreciated cannot recommend this apartment highly enough

If you are staying in Carnoveiro or the local area, this place is perfect. Great location, wonderful apartment and the host Emma is perfect. Response is quick, and service is above and beyond - recommendations for local restaurants and fast response to any issues in the apartment. Modern, comfortable and a beautiful balcony with wonderful furniture. And parking is included. Don’t miss this place! And if you do, ask Emma about other units she has that available. Cheers, ZR.

Beautiful Apartment

Really enjoyed our stay in this great apartment, very clean ,the beds are extremely comfortable ,the shower in the main bedroom is absolutely fantastic . The apartment is only a few mins from the centre of the village and the beach . Emma and Mike who look after the apartment are great forgot to ad there is a welcome pack on arrival which is fantastic especially if you have a late or early flight apartment for a great

Perfect stay in Carvoeiro

The place was exactly as shown in the photographs. It was a very nicely appointed two bedroom, two bathroom with a great balcony. The kitchen had everything that you needed. The beds were very comfortable. It is close to all the restaurants you and a very short walk to the beach. Emma was an excellent host and answered all of our questions promptly. The underground parking was really nice as well. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Perfect location

Emma addressed our every concern immediately. She worked with us on our check out needs. Pleasant and accommodating. The welcome basket was very good. Everything you would need. We felt safe and content with this beautiful property. Highly recommend Portugal, this city and these people.

Excellent experience

New to retirement, our first multi week stay out of our country. The apartment is roomy, up to date and was very clean. The location was ideal as within steps of the beach, shopping, markets and restaurants. The weekly housekeeper was thorough and friendly. The balcony is roomy and relaxing. The property manager was always quick to respond with our questions and/or needs. We surely recommend! Carvoeiro is a beautiful village with a great beach and lots of restaurants and shops. We always felt safe. People where very friendly (must be all of the beautiful sunshine!!)

Our Algarves Vacation

We booked the Algarves as the final 5 days for our stay in Portugal and it was worth it. We relaxed, ate and sunned! The best part was our location! It was easy to access everything, it was clean, stocked and well laid out. Our host Emma was beyond superb. She even went out of her way to get an air pump for my sons soccer ball. When we come back we will certainly Look up this property and/or others that she operates. Communication was great and she helped us with picking out dinner locations and the ideal ways to see the area. We are very grateful for her help Thank you Emma

Lovely stay! Host was very responsive, kind and thoughtful! The welcome package from the host was very much appreciated especially after a long travel night! The condo had all the amenities and the underground parking was a bonus!

Séjour confortable

Appartement très bien situé par rapport à la jolie plage de Carvoeiro. Parking couvert super pratique. L’appartement est agréable, confortable. La literie est de qualité et le menage de mi-sejour très plaisant. Terrasse équipée d'un petit coin canapé super pour l’apéritif et le café.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und es wurden viele gute Restaurant-Tipps für den Ort gegeben. Zum Empfang gab es für uns frische Brötchen und im Kühlschrank Butter, Käse, Schinken, Saft, Milch, Wein.... Darüber haben wir uns wirklich sehr gefreut!!! Das Apartment ist wie auf den Bildern wirklich super stylisch eingerichtet, hat eine tolle Aufteilung und ist sehr, sehr sauber! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die elektrischen Außenrollos sind Gold wert. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und alles ist fast neu. Die beiden Badezimmer sind hervorragend, guter Wasserdruck und gleichbleibend warmes Wasser, tolle Dusche! Aber Aufpassen ;) an den Haken an der Tür kann man schon mal Kleidung hängen lassen und bei der Abreise vergessen. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral, aber wir haben genau das gesucht und es ist super nur aus der Tür zu gehen und in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand, im Restaurant, beim Bäcker usw. Einen Tiefgaragenplatz zu haben ist so gut. Man muss kein Parkplatz suchen! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Apartment sehr genossen und auch den netten, unkomplizierten Kontakt zu Emma! Vielen Dank und viele Grüße aus Hamburg, Sabine und Jannik

Innen top, aussen ...na ja.

Das Appartment ist hervorragend, sehr gross, mit schönem Balkon. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt nichts was es nicht gibt. Das Appartment wird einmal wöchentlich gereinigt, inklusive Bettwäsche - und Handtuchwechsel. Es gibt absolut nichts zu kritisieren. Jetzt zu "aussen" Leider befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus, wie auch direkt gegenüber viele Abfallcontainer. Besonders unangenehm sind hier die Glascontainer. Da es in Portugal kein funktionierendes Pfandsystem gibt, fallen sehr viele Flaschen in den umliegenden Restaurants an. Das hat zur folge, das nach Schliessung der Restaurants, meist zwischen 23 und 23 Uhr 30, das Personal die leeren Flaschen in den Containern entsorgt. Das betrifft circa sechs Restaurants aus der näheren Umgebung. Da der Anfall der leeren Flaschen so hoch ist, werden spätestens nach zwei Tagen die Container geleert. Das passiert morgens zwische 5 Uhr 30 und 7 Uhr, oder auch am späten Nachmittag (was wenig problematisch ist).

We chose this property as it was a great location and had the added benefit of a car parking space in the communal garage, all the restaurants, shops, cafes are just a short walk away and you can be at the beach in 5 minutes. It offers bright and spacious accommodation and had a lovely terrace for outside dining.
