Come stay in this sparkling clean home in the perfect location! Newly renovated beach townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 full bathrooms. Your stay includes fast WIFI, Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, fully fenced backyard providing you privacy and two balconies. This home is located walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, and Starbucks! Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal beach vacation. Less than 5 miles from Mayo Clinic!

The Space:
STEPS TO THE BEACH!! Perfect location for everything you need. A short walk to Starbucks, Bold Bean local coffee shop, Whole Foods grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and Huguenot Park which includes a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and a pond. This clean and newly built home includes smart TVs with fast Wi-Fi!
The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster and everything you will need to feel at home!
There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

The Neighborhood:
Directly across the street is Huguenot Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground and a pond. There is a Whole Foods .3 miles away along with many restaurants, stores, and nail salons in the area. Half a mile to the local favorite coffee shop, Bold Bean.

Getting Around:
If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Bike rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

Perfect location and amazing property

I rented this property for family coming into town. I know the area is ideal… I know the property was beautiful. I did not personally see it, but all of the comments from family were high praise. Thank you, Coco!!

Great long weekend

Great house! Good location across from park especially if u have kids or dogs. Short easy walk to beach! Comfy couches and beautiful bathrooms. The shower in master is AMAZING!! Would stay again

Work hard play hard!

We needed to have a working meeting with 5 people from our company. We wanted a nice space to be able to collaborate and also socialize. It was the perfect space for all of that and more. We added in early morning walks on the beach and nice dinners out. It was the perfect location and the host was awesome!

Excellent in most respects

The property was excellent in most respects: great location, spacious, nicely decorated. A few negative comments: 1. It’s impossible to open the dishwasher without also opening the refrigerator door, and even then it’s very difficult. (The two are at right angles with each other.) 2. The television is one of those “smart TVs” that doesn’t have cable coverage but instead requires you to use some other subscription that you have. I had to run off to Best Buy to get an HDMI cable so that I could watch MLB playoffs. 3. There are 2-1/2 bathrooms. The listing says three. 4. There are no screens on the windows. Bugs invaded on one occasion.

Fully stocked kitchen including a coffee makers, blender and toaster. Linens will be provided for all beds including the extra sleeper in the master bedroom. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well. A manual will be provided with some of the local favorite spots!

1 min walk/2 min driver got to Huguenot Park with fishing, bird watching, playground, beach access and more.
6 min drive to Jacksonville beach pier.
5 mins from Ponte Vedra Inn & Club.
