Brigantine Quarters is a hidden piece of paradise conveniently located on the south end of Hilton Head Island in Shipyard Plantation. With golf, shopping, dining, biking and the beautiful beach, Brigantine Quarters offers the perfect vacation accommodations for a golfing foursome or a family looking for an ideal vacation destination. Brigantine Quarters has two recently renovated pools and their own private beach gate, with the beach being a short 2 block, 5 minute walk away.

Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit comfortably sleep 6 people with approximately 1200 square feet of living space. The bedroom arrangement consists of 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The guest bathroom boasts a spacious tiled tub/shower and the master bathroom has a separate shower and tub, and comes equipped with a hair dryer. Each room comes with its own television, clock radio, and hangers in the closets.

The living room, which also contains a TV and a DVD player, opens up to the dining room which has a fully equipped kitchen. A furnished deck can be access through the master bedroom or the living room and the condo comes ready with a washer and dryer.

This condo is positioned on property within nine different buildings that are beautifully embraced by landscaped areas, tennis/pickle ball courts, and propane grills. The property is situated on a cul-de-sac and is secluded from the main roads. You will enjoy the serenity of the property with your view of the peaceful lagoon. This condo is equipped with all the modern appliances, electronics and free WiFi is included.

We enjoyed our stay at Brigantine! Condo was clean, good communication, beautiful view of the lagoon and enjoyed our walk to the beach as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice Stay and Close Beach Access

The condo was a good location for my needs and I think it was a good value--I'm very familiar with Shipyard Plantation and enjoyed biking all through it. The beach access across a bridge and down a path and street was a nice walk to a beautiful beach (64A!) Most condos you'd need to drive. The condo had a nice primary bedroom with a huge bathroom--and I appreciate the blackout curtains, as I am a light sleeper. It also has a nice room with twin beds and it's own bathroom. Bryant was very nice and communicative. Living room/dining room was spacious and there was a deck to sit out on overlooking the lagoon. Kitchen had all I needed. I chatted with some nice people who were owners in the association as well. The only reason I rated check-in not perfect is that you don't get the keys directly on the property--have to find the rental office (I was tired after a long day of driving and had trouble finding it for a minute). There are two nice pools with nice lounging areas--alas, not swimming weather in November, but I should've jumped in anyway. I'd definitely stay again.

A Pleasant Stay

We overall enjoyed our stay at Brigantine Quarters (BQ) 292 despite early communication and check in problems, and we would stay there again, The property is spacious and clean mainly overlooking the lagoon. A plus is that it is the closest unit to the gate leading out to the beach and Coligny Plaza. An opposite "con" is that the master bedroom directly overlooks only the public gate, creating a privacy issue. But in November, there is almost no foot traffic through the gate. The check-in was frustrating because we never received the orientation email from Sunquest Mgmt (not their fault) but the email we received from VRBO listed the wrong address for Sunquest for key pick up. Arriving at 10 PM and stranded, it required an emergency call to Sunquest to resolve.. The minor maintenance issues such as 2 shorted light switches, dead clock battery, etc. were very quickly resolved on notice by Gary, a cheerful responder. The only other comment is that this was our first time at BQ both as seniors and renting a 2nd story unit. It is 24 steps up to the 2nd level units and the lighting is not strong. Seniors may prefer 1st level units which require only 6 steps. But this was not an issue for us.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The owner is very responsive and helpful on every level.

The description of the property is very accurate. The place is beautiful and the location is great. The owner and the rental company made check in a breeze. Before my group left we were already discussing a second visit.

Hilton Head Fall Stay

The property was very clean and the interior was as described on VRBO website. The owner, Bryant, was great in communications to ensure we had everything we needed to make it a pleasant stay. He also expressed sincere concern for our safety as a hurricane was moving through the region during our stay. The grounds were beautiful and the location was excellent. The only negative is the picture of the front exterior of the unit is not the unit we ended up in. The unit pictured on VRBO website depicts a 1st floor unit. This unit is located on the 2nd floor with a considerable no. of steps (no elevator). May be a problem for some seniors. Other than that, a fantastic unit & owner!

Fall getaway

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. It had a gorgeous view from the deck. It was well equipped for cooking. Perfectly situated for use of the pools.
