Nyd den uhindrede udsigt over Banderas Bugt og Stillehavet fra dette rummelige 1900 kvadratmeter 2. 5 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser, som sover 6, beliggende i premiumtårnet på Grand Venetian Resort. Du vil nyde natlige fyrværkeri, som du kan se fra dit eget personlige boblebad, der er på den store terrasse.

Denne enhed er på 7. sal med en stor opholds / spiseplads og et fuldt udstyret køkken. Derudover er der en gasgrill på din private balkon. Det store soveværelse har en king-size seng, og det store bad indeholder dobbelt håndvask og rigelig skabsplads. Det andet soveværelse har to enkeltsenge (som kan konverteres til en konge) og et tilknyttet badeværelse. Begge soveværelser har luksuriøst sengetøj og deler en terrasse med udsigt over Sierra Madre-bjergene, der omgiver Puerto Vallarta. Hiet sover to på dobbeltstore køjesenge. What a great condo to rent!

The condo was everything and more that we were expecting. We would highly recommend this rental and we can't wait to stay here again.

Fabulous vacation at the Grand Venetian

My family of four had the best time staying at this condo!! It was super clean and luxurious, had beautiful pools and landscape, the most amazing views of the ocean and city, and close to shopping (malls and grocery) along with delicious restaurants close by. It was also close to the marina and had a firework show every evening. We can't wait to go back!! Caroline was super easy to reach through email and always responded to questions very quickly and kindly. Marcos was very friendly and helpful getting us to our room and explaining all the amenities and information to help us have the best trip ever!! We made the most amazing memories and look forward to vacationing here again!! Thank you Caroline and Marcos!! : )

Gorgeous sunsets!

My family had a great stay at the Grand Venetian. The location of this unit is perfect to enjoy some truly beautiful sunsets. We also enjoyed the many pools and the in place restaurant and we can't wait to get back!

Fantastic Stay in Puerto Vallarta

What a fantastic vacation. This property was even better in person than what the pictures show. Carolyn was responsive and Informative, a pleasure to work with. The property manager Marcos was great. He bent over backwards for our family. The security at the resort was top notch. They got to know my families name personally and treated me like one of the other condo owners at this resort. The restaurant had very good food. And, the pool area had very good service for any food and beverages that you wanted while sitting pool side. This tower, in my opinion had the best views of the beach and pools. Very clean resort and the condo unit itself. It felt like home, but with the sounds of the tide rolling in and out throughout the stay. This resort was very close to groceries in walking distances and for a few dollars, taxis and buses were easy for travels to Malecon and other downtown activities. We would definitely go back again if I can find more vacation days.

Excellent Family Vacation

We had a great time at this condo with our 5 year old. We spent tons of time at the pools-- having them heated was so nice. Lots of other kids/families to play with. Food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. There weren't too many vendors on the beach selling things. We didn't feel bombarded by them at all. This is a very quiet family friendly complex with all the amenities you could ever want very close by. We'll likely be back and would definitely recommend this condo. Carolyn was very accommodating and let us have a late check out to work with our flight time.

Beautiful Condo!

Thank you Carolyn and Jim for the use of your beautiful condo! This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and we have already booked our trip for next year! The condo is nicely decorated, comfortable and quiet. It is located close to restaurants, and easy access to all parts of Puerto Vallarta by bus or taxi. The balcony was perfect for dining while we watched the sun set. There is always lots of activity on the beach, and we even saw whales! There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pools, under the shade of umbrellas - we enjoyed reading there, while listening to the roar of the ocean! Very relaxing. Can't wait for our vacation next year! Thanks again!

Perfect

We have been to Puerto Vallarta many times and this is our favorite condo by far. Carolyn was wonderful to work with and responded very timely to any questions we had. The view was breathtaking and we spent a lot of time at the pools and walking the beach. The condo was very spacious and had everything we were looking for (lounge chairs and table & chairs on the front balcony, and a grill on the back balcony). We enjoyed watching all the activity on the beach. Thanks for providing a beautiful place to call home for almost three weeks.

Beautiful Condo-Great Vacation

Thank you Carolyn and Jim for providing us with such a beautiful condo for our vacation. It is so nicely decorated and very comfortable...we felt "at home" immediately. The pictures on the website are lovely but when we arrived at the condo we were just so happy. The views of the Bay are amazing and we spent many hours on the balcony watching whales, dolphins, sunsets, and all of the activities on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the Grand Venetian and would recommend this particular condo to anyone...it is excellent! Thank you again!

Great Condo, Great Views—just don’t use the AC!

We stayed at this lovely condo for a week and had a wonderful time. Here is a run-down of our trip: PROS:The owner was very quick to respond to emails. She was very helpful throughout the rental experience and answered all our questions prior to our trip. The condo is very nice. The photos are very accurate. The furnishings are nice, the views great. The kitchen was well stocked, all towels nice, thick and new. There is a washer and dryer, gas grill, and internet-all nice additions. CONS: Our BIG negative was 2/3 of our “damage” deposit was withheld to pay for the electric bill. The owner stated when we rented the condo that the electricity deposit was “more than ample” for a week’s stay. We were told after we returned home that we had used $365 worth of electricity in just one week! and that she was withholding our deposit. We did use the AC the entire week we were there. It was hot, humid and stormy every day. It was not feasible to leave window’s open and the condo has no screens in any of its windows. We were never told to not use the AC, only run it certain hours, or at certain temperatures. THE CON: I contacted several websites and blogs in MX and PV after this incident about electricity usage and none could support that we could possibly consume over $50 dollars a day based on our stay. I also corresponded with the owner several times. She was always a “sympathetic listener”, but never admitted fault nor offered to return our money. We took her at her word when she said the deposit was “more than ample”, then she went back on her word. She later told us we used $365 worth of electricity for the week but never provided any proof to this fact. We were to once again “take her word” for it. I just find this very dishonest and bad business. THE SCAM: The condo was priced lower than all other comparable condos in the complex. That, coupled with the free airport transfers makes it a great deal. We did have a great week, but after the deposit withdrawal, her low price is now more or equal with the other condo’s in the complex. The “marketing” got us there, but we will not be returning. RECOMMENDATION: If you choose to rent it, get everything in writing, don’t take the owner’s “word” for anything. I would ask for and witness a reading of the electric meter when arriving and leaving and also take a photo for your record. We were left with no recourse- just the “word” of the owner… the same “word” that had previously told us our deposit was “more than ample”.

Excellent Place

This condo is very well equipped with the best of the best. Bedding, linens, dishes and flatware, furniture just to name a few things there is everything here you could want and if you do think of something you need shopping is only minutes away. It is also well situated, close to downtown, the malecon, the marina, and the airport. Carolyn was very nice to deal with and was very friendly and helpful. The transaction was seamless and very easy to do. Carolyn was very quick at returning our security deposit after our departure. Our sons were there to visit as well and when they walked in they were very impressed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Carolyn.

March vacation

My family rented this property for a week in 3/2011 for vacation. It was the second year in a row that we have traveled to Puerto Vallarta and have stayed in this complex and the first time in this unit. The unit was clean and is in excellent condition. The unit has an outdoor deck that overlooks the pool area and faces the beach and ocean and the view is nothing less than a window to paradise!! The complex is located within a 5 minute cab ride from the town location which is convenient for dinner and shopping. There is also a grocery store nearby if you want to utilize the unit's full kitchen. Location, location, location.......this unit has it all!!

Perfect Holiday

Our stay here was awesome. Beautiful views, spacious condo, well maintained, nicely deocorated. We didn't want to leave. We felt very much at home and could have stayed forever. It was very easy to rent and everything was as described in the ad. The owner was very helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay in Puerto Vallarta. This condo is close to everything and yet felt very private. We can't wait to go back and hope we can stay here again.

Excellent Place To Stay

Just want to start by saying THANK YOU so much Carolyn for giving us such a beautiful place to stay. Everything was wonderful from the condo itself, to the views from the balcony, the pools, and all the staff. Getting around was so easy. We either walked to all the great restaurants and grocery stores nearby or took a taxi. Sabrina was wonderful, so nice to have her pick us up and show us around the condo and take us back to the aiprort at the end of our visit. It was so sad to have to leave, but when we decide to come back to PV we will definitely stay at this property again. What a great place to spend your vacation. P.S. Thanks for the margaritas =)

Just returned 1/1/11

This Condo is wonderful, perfect for my family of 5!! Great location, able to walk to mall and grocery store. Easy to get cab or bus to go downtown or marina area for dinners. The pools are wonderful, had to get out there early to get chairs during holiday season. All the staff at the complex are very friendly and helpful. It was great to have Sabrina to pick up and drop off at airport. All in all this was a great, relaxing vacation for me and my family. Can't wait to book again!!

An excellent place for children!!

Our trip from beginning to end was wonderful. First of all Carolyn, you made booking our trip so seemless, and added to that Sabrina meeting us and dropping us off at the airport was so helpful...She is a GEM! She was helpful and gave us plenty of "hints" to make our stay so great. My kids LOVED the condo, and we had a bitter-sweet "last" swim in one of the wonderful pools on the property! This was our first time in Mexico (we had previously went to Maui Hawaii) and we will return in a heart beat to the Grand Venetian! DID I mention the security staff??...so friendly and helpful, even with my pathetic grasp on the language, they were so fun and easygoing! Mucho Gracias...Carolyn...Hasta Luego....

Perfect Vacation Rental

We abosutely loved this condo. We have been coming to Puerta Vallarta for several years, and this is our new favorite place to stay. Everything about the Grand Venetian is top-notch, from the security at the front gate to the friendly staff at the pool and restaurant. The condo was beautifully decorated. Each morning we had coffee on the balcony and then spent our days at the pool, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of Banderas Bay. The location is great - a short cab ride to the Malecon and the Romantic Zone, where we headed out to dinner every night. It was wonderful to have Sabrina as our contact person, and we appreciated her assistance.

The condo was everything ...

The condo was everything you could wish for & more.beautifully decorated & totally comfortable. The 7 of us had plenty of room & everything we could possibly need. the views from the decks are wonderful, we even saw a whale one day from the front deck.We enjoyed the 4 pools that the complex has to offer, the kids had to try them all. we loved the fact that we could be in town in mins,but at the condo,it is so quiet,& we loved long walks on the beach.This is a great place for anyone to vacation.

Carolyn -- I just wanted...

Carolyn -- I just wanted to write you a note and tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your condo. It was so beautiful. We loved sliding the glass doors open and having such a gorgeous view of the water. The whole complex was beautiful. Sabrina was wonderful. She picked us up at the airport, called us a couple of times to see if we needed anything, and took us back to the airport. She was so helpful. We really enjoyed the town, and enjoyed trying many different restaurants. We got some groceries for breakfast, and fixed Christmas lunch at the condo. Otherwise we ate out. We found the people so friendly and helpful. We went on a canopy tour (which we call zip lining) one day. I can't believe I got the nerve up to do it, but it was so beautiful, and we all loved it. We took a bus up the mountain to do that. We found the public transportation to be quite an adventure, both the buses and cabs. It was all quite fun! Thanks so much, and if we ever come back we will surely inquire if your place is available. It was a great few days. Thank you so much.
