Beautiful beach condo

This was a perfect little get away for our family. We had beautiful weather during off season. The area is very nice. The condo was clean, walk out to the beach, with a nice outdoor pool. We loved the location. 10/10 recommend!!

Love this condo

I've never been to a condo with a better balcony. It felt more like a huge wrap around porch.

The Condo is very nice and had great views and beach access. The host company was very professional and organized. Everything was clean (with exception cited below) and bedrooms, baths and kitchen nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Patio was wonderful. The living room couch needs to be thrown out. It was disgustingly dirty with stains and grime and the couch cushions are shot. We had to throw down pillows and blanket to even sit on it and still was not comfortable so made it very challenging to enjoy the beautiful living room with views of the ocean. I would definitely rent this condo again IF living room couch and pillows (also dirty and gross) were replaced.

Thank you for the 4-star review and for staying with Liquid Life. We’re glad you enjoyed the views, beach access, and that the property was professionally managed and generally clean. I’m very sorry the living room couch and pillows were in unacceptable condition — that fell short of our standards. Housekeeping and our maintenance team have been notified, and we’re arranging replacement of the sofa and cushions. Thank you for letting us know — we appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

Lovely Orange Beach Condo

Excellent condo located in Orange Beach, AL. This beach town is my family's favorite place for a beach vacation each year. We have stayed in several different condos over the years. This one was perfect. The condo is exactly as pictured, and we had everything we needed. The porch/balcony is the best we have had, including some of the more high end complexes. The beds are comfortable and the unit was very clean. Definitely would rent this condo again.

The pros and cons. Worth reading as I did not take the time and regret it.The pros: close to the beach, nice pool, spacious. The cons: our feet were black within 30 minutes upon arrival due to poor cleaning of floors, the refrigerator would make a very loud banging noise every few hours, including overnight, which kept our family awake. We made an audio recording which I cannot attach to this review but we did send to the management company right away and got no answer. We reported this on the second morning and they never sent anyone to fix. It was very disruptive. The oven smoked when used setting off the smoke alarms although it looked clean something is clearly wrong. The king-size beds were both very hard. The tiny couch was filthy and inadequate for a large condo.

Thank you for staying at White Caps 201 and for the 4‑star review. I’m glad the location, pool, and space worked well for you. I’m very sorry about the issues you experienced. That falls short of our standards. I’ve shared your feedback and your recording with housekeeping and our maintenance team so they can inspect and address the flooring and the refrigerator noise, and evaluate the oven and smoke alarm. I also apologize you didn’t receive a timely response — I’ve passed this to our operations team so we can improve our communication. The couch and mattress concerns have been reported to the owner for cleaning/replacement and for consideration of softer mattress options or toppers. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention. We hope to have the chance to provide a much better stay in the future. Liquid Life

Beautiful beach, comfortable unit

Beds were all comfortable. 2nd story was perfect to be able to walk down one flight and get to the beach. Quiet unit. Couldn’t hear my neighbors. Kitchen had everything I needed. Hot water in 2nd hall bath was not the greatest but it was good in the master shower

Beautiful view. Overall nice condo but needed a few things fixed. Faucet in master bath comes off. Water damage on wall beside shower. Outside doors hard to open. Security lock on main door broken off. Great appliances, stocked well. Loved the ice maker.

Family Vacation July 2022

We loved staying in this condo. The balcony was awesome especially since this is a corner unit. All 3 bedrooms had a balcony door. The best part is the master suite is on the opposite side from the other two bedrooms and bath. This worked great for us grandparents and my daughter, her husband and three children. Access to the beach was wonderful with only being on the 2nd floor. The resorts pools were great, especially the baby one four our 1 year old. Access to it was super easy and so was the checkout. I would highly recommend this unit. I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars!

Very family friendly atmosphere which we love. Great location in proximity to shopping and eating out. Very easy access to pool and beach. The porch is the best thing about this rental. It’s very relaxing. The den would not sit my family of 6 so we couldn’t really relax and watch a movie.Laundry sliding door needs to be fixed and the oven. The board that displays temperature is not working. Also, almost every where I have ever stayed in 20 plus years at OB allows you to check in early if they are done cleaning. You can’t forget that with this place. It actually scares me to death that I was at the wrong place. We had unloaded everything and were waiting at 3:45 for our check in at 4 and the door would not unlock until probably 4:10.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere, convenient location, and especially the relaxing porch—it truly is a favorite feature for many of our guests! We appreciate your comments regarding the den seating and maintenance concerns with the laundry door and oven display—we’ll be sure to have our team take a closer look. Regarding check-in, we understand the wait can be stressful, especially when you’re eager to settle in. Our properties are set for a 4 PM check-in time, and in some cases, the smart lock won’t activate until then to ensure the home is fully ready and inspected. We do this to maintain consistency and quality, though we understand it can feel a bit different from other places you've stayed. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future with an even better experience.

Excellent Location

We've stayed in a lot of condos at the e beach in the past and this has by far been the best location. One flight of stairs down to the pool and beach (able to avoid the elevator all week) and in a great location close to all of the needed stores around. The back porch was our family's favorite feature of the condo! The furniture is comfortable and the view is even better! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen upgrade la are nice! The ice machine is a nice touch and came in handy! I will say, we flew across the country to spend the week so we weren't able to pack all the beach "things" it would definitely be nice to have some chairs, crab nets, maybe even a small cooler available for people like us. We left our chairs behind, hopefully people can use them in the future! The living room furniture could definitely be updated and maybe providing a few games etc would be a nice touch as well. Overall a great condo! We had a great week!!

Thank you so much for the detailed and thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that this was the best location you've experienced at the beach—being just one flight of stairs from the pool and beach really is a game changer. It’s great to know you and your family enjoyed the comfortable furniture, upgraded kitchen, ice machine, and especially the back porch and stunning views! At Liquid Life, we want our guests to feel right at home and enjoy every part of their stay—and we’re always looking for ways to make it better. We truly appreciate your suggestions about providing beach gear and games, and we’ll pass those along to our team. Thank you also for leaving your chairs behind for future guests—that’s such a kind gesture! We’re so glad you had a great week and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Beautiful beach bliss

Our family of six (all adults) stayed six nights in this condo. I picked this one over others for a couple of reasons: easy to run up and down one flight of stairs rather than wait for an elevator, and the spectacular wrap around deck with actual, comfortable furniture. It was perfect. We lounged for hours on the big shaded deck and enjoyed the views as we peeped through the palm trees. It was plenty spacious for us, and we especially enjoyed the BIG dining table when we got ready to share a meal or play games. The kitchen had everything we needed for the limited cook prep we did. Everything was sparkling clean and great condition (with the exception of a little bit of missing paint on the back of the master bath door). The only nuisance is that if you're in one of the secondary bedrooms you'll hear the banging of the gate where people access the pool/beach area. The outdoor pool was great...one of our all time favorites. And you're just steps from the squeaky white sand. Great location near grocery stores and restaurants. You can walk straight across the street to Dollar General and a couple of beach stores if you need to grab something and don't want to drive. Very convenient! We loved it and would 100% recommend that you book it!

We didn’t stay at the original booked place because of a water leak. I’m surprised you are asking me to give you a review on this property since I never stayed in this property. Did you even update my information showing that I was not able to stay in the 3 bedroom property I booked and was put in a 2 bedroom. I booked a unit with an indoor pool had a unit with only an outdoor pool. So no fun when it rained. I will not be using this site please refund me the money owed now…
