- Second sleeping area: with a bunk bed (two double mattresses measuring 140x190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 6 m² east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days and mountain views

The flat is ideally situated in Morillon Les Esserts 1100, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- In winter: downhill skiing, toboggan runs, snowshoeing and the ESF children’s ski school just a stone’s throw away.

- In summer: scenic walks in the Haut-Giffre valley, mountain biking on the many marked trails, paragliding, tree-top adventure courses and swimming at Lac Bleu in Morillon Village (a leisure centre with a beach area, inflatable attractions, mini-golf and a playground).

- Shuttle buses: during the winter season, shuttle buses run between Morillon Village and Morillon 1100. The cable car also connects the village to the resort
