The property was very adequate for the amount of people we had staying. Everything was clean. Was a very nice place. More then enough balcony space! Parking was plentiful. Communication with the host was easy and quick response. The only downfall i'd say was only 1 bedroom of the 4 had a tv. There was a couple minor things that needed some maintenance or updating. Like the livingroom sliding door hadle was loose. The kitchen stool top was broken. And a closet shelf was broken. Other then that. 5 star rating. I would definitely stay again.

Very disappointing due to lack of cleanliness of the property. Carpet stains on every visible surface, dirty linens with pubic hairs and large stains, stains on every kitchen chair and legs that are in need of tighten. Broken bar stool and grimy walls that need to be wiped down. Refrigerator ice maker that does not work and pesticides left out in the open so if you have young children please check all the bedrooms before allowing your children to roam around the property. Bathroom toilets were dirty, rusty and the seats need to be replaced.Upon arriving we contacted the property manager who was apologetic but stated there was nothing to doneHe stated the property was professionally cleaned and would not be cleaned again. Someone did bring new linens over the next day which we had to change ourselves. Overall the experience was very disappointing especially the for price. The property is in a good location and sizable but uncomfortably dirty.

While we recognize that some older items, such as carpet or furniture, may have cosmetic wear from years of guest use, they are cleaned regularly and do not reflect the cleanliness of the home. When you contacted us, we responded promptly and delivered a complete set of fresh linens the following day. We also investigated the other concerns you mentioned and continue to make upgrades and replacements as needed to keep the property in excellent condition. OC Car Show getaway

The property is beautiful and is in a great location for the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed the balcony watching the hot rods going down coastal highway. The only problem was the parking, the two parking spots that are designated for the unit are behind one another, but we managed and it was a wonderful vacation.

2023 Softball beach week

We go to OCMD every year for the softball National tournament. This year we were traveling with two additional families. We enjoyed the location very much, the condo was the perfect size for 6 adults and our teenage kids (5). The management company was very communicative and answered our question quickly ( within 5-10 minutes). At night we enjoyed staying on the large balcony and the kitchen with large table was nice for gatherings. If we continue to play in this tournament I would definitely look to book this property again!

Absolute Disappointment!

If I was the homeowner, I would fire OC Beachfront Rentals. This unit was extremely dirty, food on the floor, bed sheets, comforters, bath mats not washed. A/C unit was filled with mold and dirt inside and the intake on the door was disgusting. Kitchen and refrigerator was not cleaned and the stove had burnt food on it. I rented my personal property through VRBO for years and this is a property management issue. As soon as I arrived I sent them 30 pictures to show the conditions. They never offered to clean or reduce my cleaning fee. Every response back was a canned email telling me how much they appreciated my feedback. As I paged through their welcome book I found a letter from the family that just stayed there before me. They wrote a nasty two page letter describing the conditions and filth of the unit. It was by far the dirtiest property I ever stayed in. The unit may be two years old but all the dining room chairs and all the carpets have stains everywhere. Things are broke or don’t work and it stinks terribly. You may be saying it couldn’t be that bad, well it is for the price point for sure. That being said with a little TLC and a new property manager the place could be something special. It’s laid out beautifully and the location is perfect. I only hope the owner gets a chance to read this and if you want my 30 pictures and the letter from the prior renter, let me know. No renter should have to spend hours cleaning on their vacation to feel comfortable.

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and  still today I try to answer every phone call or  email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
