This 4 bedroom unit at the beachfront Mediterranean at Perdido Key condo is spacious, beautifully furnished, and offers some of the best views along the Gulf Coast! This condo is approximately 3500 sq.ft. and sleeps up to 10 guests. Spectacular views of the gulf from the floor to ceiling windows and wraparound balcony will simply take your breathe away. The condominium building itself offers amazing ameninities and our unit is sure to be everything you could need and more for a fabulous vacation.

To make cooking, eating, and entertaining a breeze, the condo features a gourmet kitchen with wine cooler, double-sided sub-zero refrigerator, and stainless steel appliances. The large, comfortable living room offers views from every angle, as well as a flat-screen TV.

The master bedroom offers a gulf front, floor to ceiling view and is quite spacious and cozy. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a steam shower, a huge walk-in closet, and separate toilet area.

We have a second master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bath. A third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and full bath, and finally the fourth bedroom contains two full beds and a full bath.

With a vacation to the beach, what could be better than ideal beach access! Mediterranean is located directly on the pristine white beaches of Perdido Key. Walk right down the private boardwalk and enjoy! Play in the sand, boogie board in the waves, collect seashells... the possibilities for adventure are endless! If pure relaxation is what you desire instead, lay in a beach chair, soak up the sun, and experience true tranquility to the sounds of the Gulf. On-site at Mediterranean is also a fabulous pool, that connects to both indoors and outdoors. The kids will love playing in the pool, while the adults can watch and relax from the pool chairs, or join in on the fun!

Mediterranean offers an awesome meeting room in the complex with a full kitchen and tables/chairs. This is the perfect spot for any meeting or family gathering during your stay! Also available is a exercise room with treadmills, weight machines, free weights, sauna and showers. Throughout the building, wireless internet is offered, located in the parlors of the buildings.

Along with being beachfront, the Mediterranean is conveniently located directly next door to the Alabama/Florida line. Just a few steps will take you to the famous Flora-Bama Bar, Restaurant, and Marina, where you can enjoy a meal, have a drink, and book watersport activities! Reservations must be a minimum of seven nights during peak season, certain holidays, and special annual events, such as spring break and fall break. This is mandatory per HOA bylaws for Memorial Day to Labor Day.
