This place is incredible. The huge panoramic balcony was our favorite part. You can’t tell how large the unit is until you see it in person. Having a bathroom per room was super convenient & plenty of plates/dishes for large groups. It had everything we needed (minus a few household items ex. spices, dishsoap & enough trash bags/tp but that is standard I believe), our group loved it and we will be back. Right next to Flora-Bama (can hear the loud music some on weekends but didn’t bother us). Communication with host was good and we even extended our stay.

Martha, the building attendant, was amazing. She was helpful with parking instructions, pool, and beach directions. Martha was extremely conscious of keeping the entrance clean and the floors dry from sand and wet foot traffic.Martha is customer service oriented for all!

Loved our stay!

We loved the condo. We did have to call Maintenance for a few items. The only negative was the assigned parking spot was inbetween 2 large concrete pillars and our SUV would barely fit, then we could not open the doors to exit vehicle.

Lovely condo w/ the most amazing views. Fab location w/ lots of room to spread out and be comfy. The check in process was not so easy trying to find the lock box, key, etc.. but customer service was superb! Wish there were more key fobs avail during the stay since the condo accommodate such a large group. But overall we would highly recommend this property and the management company!

Making Memories in Perdido Key

Had the best time staying at the Mediterranean in Perdido Key. Great location. Had issues with 2 of the sliding door handles but friendly maintenance guy was able to fix it. Looking forward to next years annual family vacation.

Family vacation

The condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of room for my husband and our children, my sister and her family and our Dad! Will definitely book again!

Beautiful spacious condo and great location

The photos don’t do justice to how nice this condo is-so much space in living areas and rooms, beautiful condo. Wrap around balcony with awesome views. We enjoyed having flora bama right next door and walked there in the evenings. Will definitely stay again

Great condo

Beautifully decorated responsive to concerns and request you will hear Florabama so you have to like live music but not so loud that you cannot sleep

Our Home Away from Home

We have been staying in 502W for almost 15 years. We've stayed with family and small kids to four couples. There's always lots of room no matter who is there. We love the Flora-Bama next door. We can rent a boat across the street, eat at the other Flora-Bama restaurants across the street, Waffle House for breakfast. Couldn't ask for a better location, and the beach is always so nice and not crowded. The view of the Gulf of America is amazing walking into the condo. We saw dolphins almost every day from the expansive deck. We've stayed at a lot of condos in this area, but 502W is our favorite.

NOT CROWDED BEACH!!

Condo was great, couple issues I would check on: -Bathroom for the back bedroom on right shower wouldn’t work properly, faucet and shower would run at same time. Couldn’t make shower work by its self. -Handle for sliding door from living room is broken and comes off

Beautiful Condo

We loved the location and the layout. Would love to rent again. Small details that should be addressed just to complete perfection are, List Fan in bedroom missing string to control fan. One bedroom single room patio door won't open (off track?). Microwave not working. Fixed immediately…thank you. Broken mirror on closet door. Kitchen sink water pressure very low. Fixed immediately…thank you! General cleaning issues (sticky dirty floors, food on clean dishes, mold in showers, hair in shower drain, Potato chip on floor by coffee table, stains on sofas and pillows, etc). Very satisfied with the maintenance, Chuck, for repairing our two important items immediately. Very impressive!!

Needs some love

This spacious condo could be a real jewel with a little TLC! The balcony is just right with ample seating for everyone, however, inside is another story. The master jet tub holds water around the drain making it seem unsanitary. We did not use for that reason. The second king bedroom has a sliding door that is inoperable and the guests in that room had to sleep with the door cracked open as it wouldn't close after opening. Too, that room's vents would not blow cool air. The queen bathroom has cabinet damage…laminate on doors chipping and peeling away. We've stayed in this unit twice and reported the jet tub last year. We love the size of the Mediterranean as a whole, but I feel the owners may place too much on the fact that it sits next door to the Florabama. That's not reason enough for us to book again. I'd love to see an otherwise lovely unit be left empty due to the aforementioned.

30th Anniversary with Friends

The condo blew us away when the elevator doors opened and there was only the door to our condo there. It made us feel like we were staying in the penthouse. Everything was clean and tidy and ready for us. we only had two issues during our stay. The first was the master bedroom had no electricity at all, but we called property management they sent someone over within 30 minutes and when we came back from dinner everything was working great. The other was an issue with the key fob in the elevator, but that has nothing to do with the condo owners themselves and the problem was rectified halfway through our trip. We were eight adults celebrating my husband and I‘s 30th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect location. Even though the unit is literally next-door to Flora Bama the music at night did not bother us, the condo is quiet and you could barely hear the music. Unfortunately, The weather did not cooperate and it probably rained 80% of our entire trip but, having the indoor/outdoor pool made our weekend. We could be in the outside pool when it started raining we just swam to the inside part and had a ball anyways. I think we are all completely waterlogged. The other guest staying in the building were friendly and there were several times where we felt like we were the only ones there. We will definitely stay again!!
