Hello, and welcome!
My husband and I have been married for 41 wonderful years and are the proud parents of two amazing children—a son who serves in the U.S. Army and a daughter who is currently in college. We have always believed that family, faith, and making memories together are life's greatest blessings.
In 2018, we were fortunate enough to make another dream come true by purchasing our place in Navarre Beach. From the very first visit, we fell in love with the peaceful atmosphere, the stunning white-sand beaches, and the beautiful emerald waters. It quickly became our favorite place to relax, reconnect, and spend quality time together.
We feel incredibly blessed to own a small piece of this beautiful community, and one of the greatest joys of being owners is having the opportunity to share it with others. It means so much to us that families, couples, and friends can create special memories here, just as we have.

When we started looking for our place in Navarre Beach, we wanted more than just a condo—we wanted a community that felt like home.
One of the first things that drew us to this community was that the buildings are only three stories tall. It has a much more relaxed, intimate feel than the larger high-rise complexes. From the moment we arrived, it just felt different.
As we talked with owners and guests, we discovered something special. So many families told us they had been vacationing here for 10, 15, even 20 years. That spoke volumes to us. People don't keep coming back year after year unless a place truly feels like home.
The owners we met were some of the kindest people, coming from all over the country but sharing the same love for this little slice of paradise. The community has always felt welcoming, peaceful, and safe.
We also loved the location. Being just one street from the Gulf gives you easy access to the beautiful white-sand beaches, while being on the tranquil Santa Rosa Sound offers gorgeous waterfront views and a quieter place to relax. For us, it's truly the best of both worlds, and we hope you'll experience the same feeling that made us fall in love with it.

One of the things we love most about this community is its location on the Santa Rosa Sound. The water is typically much calmer than the Gulf, making it perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or simply relaxing in the water without constant waves knocking you over. It's especially wonderful for families with children.
If you're bringing a boat, you'll appreciate being able to keep it right behind the property. From there, you can spend the day on the water, boat to local waterfront restaurants, explore the surrounding area, or even watch the world-famous Blue As Home shows from the water—an experience you won't soon forget.
Another feature that makes this community so special is the private fishing pier. Guests can enjoy fishing right from the property without needing a Florida fishing license, making it easy to cast a line any time of day.
For those who prefer to stay closer to home, the community also has a swimming pool, offering another great place to cool off, relax, and spend time with family and friends.
One of our favorite gathering places is the waterfront gazebo, complete with picnic tables and grills. It's the perfect spot for families to cook out, enjoy a meal together, watch the sunset, or simply relax by the water. Over the years, we've seen guests and owners from all over the country strike up conversations, share stories, and build friendships that last far beyond their vacation. There's a true sense of community here that's hard to find anywhere else, and it's one of the many reasons we fell in love with this place.
