Charming authentic traditional Brionnais farmhouse from the late 18th century, steeped in history & fully restored, nestled on the edge of meadows in a "panoramic viewpoint" on the hillside - on a vast 7000m² ultra-maintained garden with irresistible charm - 8 km from the charming medieval & commercial town of Marcigny, a "Cluniac site" notably known for its Monday morning market created in 1266 (numerous amenities on site including supermarkets). Peace and tranquility await in a peaceful little rural hamlet, just a stone's throw from the "Canal tranquille" (Quiet Canal) linking Roanne to Digoin, in the heart of the unspoiled Brionnais countryside (classified as a ZNIEFF), nestled within the bucolic rolling countryside, and close to the banks of the Loire (the last wild river in Europe, protected as a "Natura 2000 Zone" for its rich ecosystems).
