Guests will never want to leave this upgraded Ocean-front paradise! From the laid-back vibes of Aqua Villa to the close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and local activities, this is the ideal spot for your trip to the Emerald Coast.
This Updated condo is on the 4th floor of the Aqua Villa condominium, which contains only 24 units on four floors and includes an elevator. The renovation of the exterior of the building and replacement of elevator is complete. This updated condo has been tastefully decorated.
We've got the sand, the vistas, and everything you'll need to enjoy your beach days; all you need to bring is yourself!

Clean and lovely decor. Awesome views! It was nice to have my pet, but would have loved to have him enjoy sitting by the pool with us. We knew the law about going to the beach with them but still would have been nice to sit with them outside.

Very nice condo, enjoyed hearing the surf from the bedroom and living room. We had a slight electrical problem pop up and the owner took care of it immediately!We had a great stay!

Nice gulf front stay. Just steps to beach. Deccent pool but it closes at dusk. One of very few gulf front that allows dogs.

Even though there is no balcony to sit on, you are so close to the beach that the view is still amazing. We loved being so close to the beach and not having to wait long or fight over carts, beach chairs or elevators. It was a very safe and homey feeling at Aqua Villa.There was no dishwashing liquid or dish rags to hand wash dishes, only 1 roll of paper towels and 2 garbage bags. No cleaning spray either so be prepared.In saying this, we would stay here over and over. It was a great condo!

Sister trip

It was a beautiful location. The room was absolutely the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The beach is beautiful. Would stay here again. The only thing is the laundry room was out of order. But we went to a near by laundry mat. It wasn't a deal breaker. The owner was great to work with. Perfect vacation.

The condominium itself was exactly as described, and overall, everything was great. However, while the listing mentioned the property was pet-friendly, there really wasn’t a designated area for dogs to relieve themselves, which made it a bit inconvenient.Inside, the floors hadn’t been recently mopped, so walking barefoot left our feet dirty. On our last day, the refrigerator stopped working, which caused our ice packs and food for the trip home to melt.The condo offered some great features, and the views of the beach, sunrise, and sunset were unobstructed!!

This condo is in the perfect location, only steps from the beach, and close to restaurants. The owners are amazing and extremely quick to reapond.

Good little place to stay

Property was exactly as advertised, short walk to the beach, and no "real" issues that would make me deduct any stars. We had a good time with family and our kids.

Family vaca in October

Really enjoyed the stay. Great location to groceries, gas, air for tubes, alcohol, beach gear, ice, food and ice cream. Bring extra blankets and toilet paper. Beach and pool access and you get two chairs and umbrella are nice. Our dog was welcome and that sold it for us.

Beautiful Stay in Fr. Walton Beach

The view from the 4th floor was absolutely beautiful. Condo was well supplied. Requested maintenance to check on thermostat and they responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Our stay was great. Close to restaurants and beach is not a far walk. We didn't realize there wasn't a private balcony though. It's just a walkway. Elevator was down but we were told in advance and could have made other arrangements.

Very nice

It was easy, clean and comfortable. We will come back. We had an issue with TV and chatted the property owner and in 2 minutes they text back and helped. They were super nice.

Aqua Villa

The Villa is a throwback for sure. The unit that we stayed in was said to be updated but had some bumps and bruises. It had a leaky light fixture, no HDMI to use the Roku, and was super damp (might need a dehumidifer). There is no personal balcony and no unit washers/dryers.The view and access to the beach were superb.

Amazing location and view

Love the location. Quiet, but convenient. There are restaurants close by, convenience store right behind the condo, and right on the beach. With it being a smaller building the beach is not crowded at all. The beach umbrella/chairs service is fantastic. The unit had plenty of space and everything our family of five needed. There are some cosmetic flaws, but it more than served the purpose we were looking for. The condo unit is on the 4th floor providing amazing views. Unfortunately the elevator was out, this was communicated a few days ahead of time. We were told by others that it’s rarely working. For our family we managed, but older renters will want to check about this. Moving in and out with luggage/coolers is a workout. The laundry is not in the unit, each floor has a set, but for our stay the washer was not working on the 4th or 3rd floor (no elevator) meant we had to use the 2nd floor. Again, maybe check before you book if this is a necessity. These are things our of the owner’s control, but might be important to future guests.

Great view!

The view is beautiful. The beds were comfy. We loved the decor! A few problems we had was the right light above the couch would leak at night. That could be hazardous. We couldn’t get the wifi to work and the living room tv wouldn’t work. The 4th floor washing machine didn’t work so we had to use a different level. The pool was nice! Everything else was great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great/ my only complaint would be to have a detail information sheet on how to use the TV’S. We had to get another guest to explain how to use the TV. Will definitely be back.

Great location beautiful view

I would have gave a 5 star but a sippy cup was left under the tv stand. They leave towels but u have to pay to wash and dry which was inconvenient you don’t get clean ones everyday. Had to buy trash bags and toilet paper bc they don’t provide it after u run out of ur roll. It did have all the cooking utensils/pots/pans u would need.

Short beach trip

Place was nice. Saw a kuerig in kitchen pictures so k brought k-cups. Thank goodness there was a coffee maker so we went and bought coffee. Not our hosts fault, but the elevator was broken and 2 of us are handicapped. Flour floors is a lot. Only thing I would say that needed to be corrected is the pillows. They were flat. Thank you for a great visit. I’ll come back as long as the elevator works. Beautiful views . No use in having a fenced yard when pet parents can not use. ,
