Welcome to Surf City. Open for long term opportunity. Need a temporary relocation ? This well furnished and fully equipped home is for you. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Home was completely renovated with our guests in mind. Fully renovated and equipped house with walking distance to shopping ( Target, Sprouts, WholeFoods etc...) and dining. There is approximately 5 minute drive to the freeway, the beach, Newport Beach and Costa Mesa
The home is about 1500 square feet of living space with vaulted ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths formal living room, formal dining room and family room with cozy fireplace adjacent to the kitchen. Family kitchen with large sliding glass door that allows indoor/outdoor living space to create. Wonderful memories with family to be created here. newer tile/woodlike flooring, newer dual pane vinyl windows, plantation shutters, new water heater and more! Large front yard with roses and grass, rear yard with pomegranate, date, lemon, lime, orange and tangerine trees. Master suite with in-suite bath and dual closets. Wonderful schools and great family /peaceful neighborhood. Fabulous opportunity to stay in one of the best tracts in South Huntington.

By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
1. No partying and No smoking of any kind (no vaping, tobacco, drugs etc..)
2. Please turn off all appliances including lights before you leave.
3. Maximum Occupancy. Renter shall limit overnight occupancy of the vacation home rental to the specific number of occupants designated in the reservation, excluding children five years of age or younger. No unauthorized (extra) guests on premises
4. Noise. Occupants and /or guests of the vacation home rental shall not, create unreasonable noise or disturbances, engage in disorderly conduct, or violate provisions of this Code or any State law pertaining to noise or disorderly conduct at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Guest must not participate in any outdoor activities during these quiet hours
5. Visitors. The number of people present in any vacation home rental shall not exceed the maximum occupancy designated in the rental home at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. For the comfort and security of our guests and residents ,no extra visitors on the premises without approval.
6. Trash. Guest should place trash in the bin next to garage. Trash day is Monday, please pull trash bins to the curb Sunday night and bring back Monday evening
7. Fire and Life Safety Requirements. Outdoor fire areas and fire pits are prohibited.
8. No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property.
9. Enforcement: Failure of renter to abide by any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a violation subject to imposition of the penalties. Fines will be imposed on the party deemed responsible for the violation. Violations of occupancy limits, quiet hours or other nuisance requirements shall result in fines being imposed on renters ranging from $500 to $1000.
10. 1 small dog under 15lbs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval We have guidelines for those who wish to bring their Pet.
• The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by your pet.
• Your pet may not be left unattended.
• We will ask you to remove your pet if the animal is out of control and the animal’s handler does not take effective action to control it or if the animal is not housebroken.
• Please walk your pet for bathroom needs.
• Please clean up defecation immediately. Bring your own baggies and dispose in the trash can by the garage.
• Your pet may not be on furniture (sofa, chairs, bed)or counters. Please remove pet hair frequently by using the lint rollers. If your pet required to be on furniture, please report so that we can arrange additional cleaning. Additional cleaning fee may apply.
• Your pet need to be secured away from the backyard on Saturday between 11 am - 3pm for the gardener access. Please leave side gate unlock that day.
