With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, our townhome can accommodate up to 6 guests--and pets on a case-by-case basis. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and cookware, is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal. The living room has comfortable seating, a game table and 75" TV is the perfect spot to kick back and relax after a day at the beach.

Step outside into the patio where you can soak up the sun and cool off with the canal breeze and enjoy feeding the turtles. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk away, so you can spend your days lounging on the soft white sands and swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect location and amenities

This rental was hard to leave. Easy location to the beaches and stores, safe for everyone to walk in the evening, great outdoor living space, comfy beds and couches, great pools, the works!

Wonderful stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend with friends! Short walking distance to the beach and loved the canal view from our back porch. Clean, beautiful space and the perfect size. Would stay again when I come back to PCB! Highly recommend.

Great location, lovely property

The home was very clean, the owner very responsive (we had a bit of trouble finding it and it was late at night) and the location was so close to the beach. I was also impressed by the quality of the furniture; couches/chairs/beds were all very comfortable. Extremely well-stocked kitchen. I would rent again, hands-down.

Our 2 week stay

Our apartment was exceptionally clean and roomy. There were a few minor issues which were corrected immediately and contributed to a wonderful stay. The fact that Walmart was a 5 minute ride made our everyday life easier. Overall, our stay was wonderful and would definitely go back

This place was amazing! The host has thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable, The patio overlooking the water was so peaceful. The beach was so close. It is a beautiful beach! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It’s close to everything! Thank you for a week of relaxation!

Excellent

The condo was awesome with plenty of room. Found the pictures very accurate. We came for mothers day and Ironman 70.3 race. It was a short easy walk to the beach and race start. My three year old liked the bunk beds and feeding the turtles. Well stocked and friendly host.

Incredible beach vacation!

This home has it all! Plenty of space, super cozy, and incredible patio set up. They had everything you could need for a day at the beach. We took advantage of the chairs and beach wagon to haul our toys, cooler, and sometimes even the kids! We enjoyed looking out at the many turtles in the canal out back, and spent a couple afternoons at the pool. The host was very quick to respond with a couple things that came up and were very accommodating. The beach was very easy to get to, and having the private entrance and showers was great to clean off right away. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip here to Panama City Beach!

First trip to PCB/Good choice/nice accommodations

Clean updated condo in a convenient location and gated community. Easy short walk to the beach and a brief drive to other destinations we made it to like Pier Park, St Andrews State Park, and Sea Screamer dolphin tours. Sam was accommodating with an early check in which was much appreciated as we were tired from our early flight in. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and appliances for dining in. The beach closet is a bonus with chairs, a wagon for transport, and sports equipment. Spending time on the deck is relaxing and entertaining with visits from the turtles, choice of propane or charcoal grills, two palm trees, and decorative lighting. Thank you Sam for the nice accommodations for our first trip to PCB.

Beautiful Condo

We spent two weeks in this absolutely beautiful and spacious condo that is clean, comfortable and wonderfully appointed. Everything in the condo was in great condition and appeared to be fairly new. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable; nice cookware, plates, etc. and was well organized with plenty of cabinet and counter space for our food, etc. One of the real plusses was that the owners provide beach towels, beach chairs, toys and a cart for transporting all of this to the beach. The condo is a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants, etc. close by. Everyone in the community was pleasant and we were particularly pleased with the security of the Gulf Highlands resort.

Beautiful

This place is very nice and very clean. The location is perfect it's located right across the street from the beach and the walk is easy nothing hard and very enjoyable we were able to see Cranes and Turtles up close and meet some friendly (Alabama fans) neighbors on the way lol !!! Walmart is right down the street so you definitely don't have to search for a store if needed I learned my way around in 1 day super easy The pictures of the house is EXACTLY how it looks but better in person. The beds were very comfortable and loved the bunk beds The property owner was VERY NICE and VERY easy to get in touch with and VERY helpful. My stay was enjoyable and I would definitely book with Sam again. Before I forget the canal in the backyard is truly a bonus and very relaxing and the lights around the porch is very cute. Exceeded our expectations!!

This property earned each of its 5 stars. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this gorgeous place. If you are contemplating booking this property, wait no longer; it exceeded our expectations… By nature I am critical of where we choose to stay because I have a high standard for convenience, cleanliness, look, and safety. I expect these things more than the average person. This place was 5 star in every regard… I wish I could write about each of these in more detail, but the host clearly values quality and satisfaction. The place is flawless. It was spacious, comfortable, modern but homey, and CLEAN. Besides the beautiful property, the location went above and beyond. The beach (which is breathtaking in the evening) is very close and easy to access as well as other attractions such as food and entertainment. We loved spending time around the pools which are conveniently located close by as well. This place proves to be the ideal destination for both families and couples looking for a luxurious getaway. I was impressed. We loved our stay and we will be back.

Easy beach access and comfortable home

We stayed here as a family of seven, five adults and two children, (one adult on the couch) and it was the perfect home away from home. The condo was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach, and we loved it. What stood out most was how easy it was to get to the beach without ever needing the car. The location had so many great amenities, both in the condo and at the beach, which made the trip relaxing and convenient. We also appreciated how private it felt, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The condo had plenty of beach items ready for us to use, which was such a bonus. The owners were very responsive and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Our family made wonderful memories here and we would definitely encourage anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay to book this home.

We just want to say WOW! If you’re fumbling through the hundreds of listings on vrbo, Cielito Lindo is where you have to land! This pet friendly townhouse is every bit as beautiful as the photos depict and has all you need for a wonderful beach vacation! The host has excellent communication with his guests and will attend to any issues that arise. Here’s a snippet of what you can expect… located close to the Front beach Rd access and the canal, when you arrive at the condo you will find the neighborhood to be a peaceful retreat offering many different recreational options. The closest pool is the largest in the community and also has a well maintained playground. When you step through the front door you enter the foyer with a large, very well equipped kitchen with full views to the dining, living room and canal. There’s a cute 1/2 bath right by the front door for easy access. The decor is a fresh bright and airy beach theme throughout the unit and the furnishings are super comfy! The living room is equipped with a large screen tv (as are the bedrooms) for optimal viewing experiences and the patio overlooking the canal is a perfect place to enjoy a cookout or your morning coffee. There is a spacious utility closet that has all the beach and recreational items you’ll need for your stay. The upstairs is also nicely decorated and provides ample space for guests and families with children. I could say so many more raves but you just need to experience it for yourself!

Fun in PCB

Overall great stay. Was a little hard to tell what the condo community would be like from the listing, but it was fine. Some units looked to be better maintained than others. Ours was in good shape, clean, and as described in the posting. Communication with the owner was perfect.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!

We had an amazing time at 220 Grande Island Blvd in Panama City Beach! From start to finish, everything about our stay was fantastic. The location was perfect—close to everything (especially the beach) but still in a peaceful area. The place was spotless, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed. It was also great to have plenty of essentials like toilet paper and garbage bags, which made our stay even more convenient.Our host, Sam, was outstanding! Not only was he super responsive and accommodating, but he also went above and beyond by refunding a night since the city had to briefly work on the water during our stay. That kind of generosity and customer service is rare and truly appreciated!If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place in PCB, this is it! We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
