High-end mattresses, luxury linens, and plush towels were selected to ensure a comfortable 5 star stay.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker and water filtration system, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig single serve brewer, water kettle, 10 cup coffee maker, juicer, and a blender for your smoothies or margaritas!
The private back patio is located off the kitchen with propane grill, string lights, dining table for 6, and conversation seating area. The back patio gate leads directly to private parking. Front patio allows viewing of tennis courts and is shaded by a grapefruit tree.
Casa del SUR is stocked with a short-term supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. For longer term guests, you will need to replenish supplies. Ironing board, iron, and garment steamer are supplied.
Smart TVs set up with Roku 'Guest Mode' for streaming (no cable) in each bedroom and living room.
Pool towels are provided to enjoy the pools and hot tub. Please respect neighbors when doing so.
PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING IN MIND WHEN CONSIDERING BOOKING Casa del SUR:
• Guest booking this home must be 25 year or older (required by our short-term rental permit).
• Once your reservation is confirmed, you agree to send names and emails for each adult guest (18 years and over).
• A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the responsible booking guest, along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short-term rental guidelines and rules. Guest signatures must be completed PRIOR TO ARRIVAL on required documents sent via DocuSign.
• NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. Violation of this will result in a $500 fine.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under.
• No more than 2 cars may be parked at this home during your stay.
• This home is in close proximity to the PSP airport; this does cause some airplane noise depending on the day's flight path.
• NO amplified music is allowed outside, and all music must be contained within the home and cannot be heard from outside.
• All activities must be taken inside by 9pm to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.
• There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the rental rules are violated.
• Pet Policy:
Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine.
- There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. This fee is to cover the additional cleaning required after your pet's stay.
- We welcome dogs only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other pets at this time.
- A maximum of one dog is allowed per booking.
- For the safety and health of all our guests, please ensure that your dog is up to date with vaccinations and are in good health.
- Please do not leave your dog unattended in the home at any time. This is to prevent any potential damage or disturbance to the property or other guests. Failure to comply may result in a fine.
- We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and bedding. Please bring your pet's bedding to ensure their comfort during the stay.
- Please clean up after your pet both inside and outside the home. Any pet waste is to be disposed of in outside waste receptacles, NOT inside the home.
- Noise and Disturbance: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially if your dog tends to bark. Excessive noise may disturb other guests or neighbors and result in a fine.
- Any damages caused by your pet during the stay will be the responsibility of the booking party. Additional charges may apply for any damages incurred.
- Upon booking, guests will be required to sign a pet addendum, acknowledging and agreeing to the pet policy guidelines.
- The booking party assumes full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their pet during the stay.
- While we thoroughly clean the listing between guests, an additional fee is charged to address any pet hair or dander. This fee is to ensure the comfort of all future guests.
- By booking our home and bringing your pet, you agree to abide by these pet policy guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our pet policy, please feel free to contact us.
