The one-bedroom and a den residence offers a chic urban retreat with designer finishes and panoramic views of the ocean or city skyline.

THE SPACE:
• Separate 1 bedroom plus den, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and balcony.
• 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds. 1 Sofa bed-Full (perfect for 1 adult or 2 children).
• Spacious 1026 ft² (95 m²) of living space.
• Ocean and City view with Southern exposure.
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.

GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities, which include:
• 2 luxurious pools
• White sandy beach
• Gym (exact closing date to be determined but open for now)
• Valet parking

The residences at 2201 Collins Avenue will remain available throughout the property’s upcoming transition.

During the initial phase of the transition, guests will continue to enjoy pool and beach access and service, while certain hotel-operated amenities, including restaurants, bars, and select services, will be temporarily unavailable.

Major renovation work is not currently underway. As the property progresses into its renovation phase, construction activity will commence and may evolve over time. Guests may experience construction-related noise or other temporary impacts during this phase. We believe in being transparent with our guests and will communicate relevant updates prior to arrival as information becomes available.

Throughout the transition, LRMB will provide dedicated concierge and guest support to ensure each stay continues to be personally managed with the level of care and attention our guests expect.

Our residences remain fully available, and our team will be present throughout the transition to provide a seamless private-residence experience. GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Parking is available at hotel valet rate.
• Room service is not available.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $265 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
