We thank you for your reservation and wish you an excellent stay.
In order to guarantee the comfort of everyone, respect for the neighborhood and the good maintenance of the accommodation, Please read these house rules.

Any reservation and entry into the premises implies full acceptance of these conditions by all occupants.

1. OCCUPANCY OF ACCOMMODATION

The accommodations are reserved exclusively for travellers declared at the time of booking.

Any additional person or any external visitor must be subject to prior written authorisation from the manager.

The accommodation may not be used for:

parties,
events,
gatherings,
professional or commercial activities,
illegal activities.
2. RESPECT FOR PEACE AND NEIGHBOURLINESS

The accommodations are located in an environment requiring respect for the neighbourhood.

The occupants undertake to avoid any noise pollution, in particular:

loud music,
shouting,
noisy travel,

Calm is strictly requested between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.PGJyPg
In the event of a complaint from the neighbourhood or a disturbance, the manager reserves the right to interrupt immediately the stay without refund.

3. USE OF THE PREMISES

The occupants undertake to use the accommodation:

with care,
in accordance with its purpose,
under normal conditions of use.PGJyPg
Furniture, equipment and facilities must be respected.

It is forbidden:

to move the furniture excessively,
to use the equipment in a dangerous or inappropriate way,
to deliberately damage the premises.
4. CLEANLINESS OF ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation must be kept in a good state of cleanliness for the duration of the stay.

Before departure, the occupants undertake to:

dispose of waste in the containers provided,
leave the dishes clean,
return the accommodation in a reasonable state of maintenance.

Additional costs may be charged in the event of:

excessive dirt,
abnormally large household,
or degradation.
5. NO SMOKING

The accommodations are strictly non-smoking inside.

Any lingering smell, trace of tobacco or non-compliance with this rule may result in an additional charge for cleaning or refurbishment.

6. PETS

Pets are not allowed unless previously authorised in writing.

Any unauthorised presence may result in additional charges or interruption of the stay.

7. LIABILITY – DAMAGE

Occupants are liable for all damage caused:

to the accommodation,
to the furniture,
to the equipment,
to the exterior parts,
for the duration of the stay.

Any damage, disappearance or deterioration may give rise to:

a deposit deduction,
a request for additional compensation,
or a declaration to the reservation.
8. PERSONAL ITEMS

The manager declines all responsibility for:

loss,
theft,
forgetful,
or damage to travellers' personal belongings.

Forgotten items may be returned at the traveller's expense if possible.

9. SAFETY

Occupants agree to:

lock the home when they are away,
turn off unused equipment,
promptly report any anomaly or incident.

Any hazardous use is the sole responsibility of the occupants.

10.INTERRUPTION OF STAY�PGJyPg
The manager reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay without refund in the event of:

non-compliance with these rules,
nuisance,
inappropriate behaviour,
damage,
or fraud related to the booking.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Any booking constitutes unreserved acceptance of these internal rules.

Failure to comply with these conditions may incur the financial and legal responsibility of the occupants.
