Regency inspired and dazzled with soothing sophistication, chandeliers adorned with crystals, velour lampshades and pillows embellished with fringes and glass panelled cabinets, awaits you. A day-area that encourages wining and dining. Towards the rear of our residence, you’ll find the two bedrooms each one with a top-of-the-line King-size bed. Finally, a bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and tub/shower and a separate guest toilet completes this extraordinary residence.

LINEN REFRESHMENT SERVICE: Your apartment has been fitted with bed linens and a full set of bath linens in accordance with the number of persons booked. Notwithstanding that R213 does it utmost to foster a culture of sustainability, additional linen refreshment services are available.

PARKING: R213 has a private parking at your disposal pending a 25€ daily supplement. Please note that public parking around our neighbourhood is charged by the hour using automated payment booths, except on Sundays.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: We will be more than happy to secure your luggage, either before check-in or after check-out. Our luggage storage is available as of 09h30am till 17h30, pending a 5€ supplement per piece of luggage.
LATE CHECK-OUT: By default, our check-out time is until 11h00. A late check-out till 12 noon, is free of charge pending availability and subject to a 24 hours’ notice. Late check-out as of 12 noon to 15h00 are subject to availability and a 60€ supplement. For a departure after 15h00, we advise you to book an additional night subject to availability.
BABY CRIBS: Baby-cribs including a full set of linens is available pending a 12€ daily charge.

R213 Residences Botanique has its roots steeped in passion and detail, each one of the residences is carefully designed in the most creative, elegant, sophisticated, and above all practical way. R213 ensures you a genuine welcome, no matter your religion or gender, everyone is welcome and free to be themselves here. The concept of R213 residences has been skilfully orchestrated by the owners, the Liman family, whose passion for hospitality guarantees you a real “pied à terre” in Brussels.

All of our apartments are located in a multi-unit secured building, set on Brussel’s emblematic Rue Royale, literally a 15 minutes’ walk from our historic city-centre. What’s more, you’ll be able to hop on our city’s tramway network right at your doorstep.
Like many multicultural inner-city areas, our own neighbourhood is in full revitalisation mode, the scenery is diversified, Our immediate neighbours include several hotels, including our very own 4-Star property, and numerous heritage buildings with some of them being revamped to their reminiscent glory. At first view it may take a moment to habituate to, but a fantastic inner city transport access, a vibrant atmosphere right from Chaussee de Haecht, just around the corner from us, with a great food scene, ethnic shops, and a warm and friendly community largely makes up for this.
On one side and just a stone throws away you’ll find the « Botanique », one of our capital’s primary cultural centres, whilst at the end of our street you’ll find the iconic Royal Sainte Marie Church. Rue Royale is an important cultural artery in Brussels, with the “Botanique” being a venue for countless attractions such as concerts, gatherings, exhibitions, and festivals. Not to mention the park that surrounds it, a real green lung in our city. Sprinkled across the Rue Royale you’ll find loads of small businesses shops and eateries some of which housed in impressive Art Deco buildings.
