This is a penthouse sunset facing 4 bedroom luxury condo at the highly sought after Boardwalk Beach Resort. it was just remodeled and professionally decorated in the winter of 2022.

The master bedroom on the water has a king size bed and cable TV plus a great view of the ocean and access to the ocean front balcony. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH A JACUZZI TUB.

The 2nd bedroom has a KING size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.

The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.

The living room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, with access to the oversize private balcony and a queen pull out couch.

The 4th bedroom or the lockout suite sleeps 4 and has a king size bed and a day/night chest which folds out to a queen size bed. 55 inch flat screen cable TV, an ocean view and its own private balcony over looking the ocean. The lockout has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. It also has a kitchenette.

With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile throughout, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and garden tubs and showers this condo has it all! From this 22nd floor balconies, you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sand beach.

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful place to stay in PCB! The condo has plenty of room and the location is perfect! The pool and hot tub area is great as well as access to the beautiful beach! We will definitely stay here again.

Fall Break 2023

We had a wonderful time staying at the Boardwalk. The condo had plenty of space and the location is perfect!

Beautiful View!

The dishwasher didn’t work while we were there. As a Vrbo Owner, I understand things happen and a part had to be ordered. We enjoyed our stay.

Our condo was never apparently cleaned before check in. Sun flower seeds all over the floor, cereal and crumbs on kitchen counters, large dead roaches scattered throughout the condo, master bed had dead bugs and what appeared to be clumps of pubic hair still in it. There was no way the sheets had been washed. The floor was covered in sand. Curtains looked like they had blood all over them in the living room. Living room furniture was small, dirty and very worn. The sofa felt like you were sitting on a wooden box. Definitely needs to be replaced. Master bath handle was sitting on the side of the tub. Tv never would work. Master shower was covered in black mildew around the caulk. Mattress was terrible and covered in urine stains. I spent our first night cleaning someone else’s mess and washing all of the sheets and comforters. Property manager finally had someone come clean on our second day, but I had already cleaned most of it. They took the pillow cases and we never got them back. I messaged with no response back. I had to go buy pillow cases. Overall I would say this was probably the dirtiest condo we have ever stayed at. The boardwalk resort was nice and I would recommend it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this particular unit to anyone EVER.
