We absolutely loved this house. It was perfectly located in new Smyrna and the layout was ideal for our family. We traveled with three babies and a toddler and it had all the amenities we needed- a pack and play, a crib and multiple high chairs. Would highly recommend this property

The house was amazing and worked very well for our family. My sister's birthday was one to be remembered!! Could have used more than one bath towel per person though. Only suggestion would be "label the light switches"!!!

Great stay!

Six adults and two kids stayed here, and all of us enjoyed the home, the pool, and the neighborhood. It’s very close to the beach, and there was plenty of beach equipment available. The kitchen was well-stocked, and everything was very clean.

Best Vacation Ever

Wow, I cannot say enough good things as to how perfect this vacation home was. House was beautiful, in a fantastic location, stone’s throw from the beach, and they were nice enough to provide our group with chairs, tents, boogie boards, etc. I am just so grateful we were able to have this experience. Beautiful home with a wonderful layout. This property had everything we could have asked for including a wagon-like cart to carry chairs, games, towels, etc to go down to the beach. Pool area was perfect. Rooms were spacious and clean. All and all, we had a great time, and we would definitely consider going back.

This is a wonderful large home that worked so well for our family vacation. It is right across the street from the beach. The younger members of our family loved the pool also!! The host thought of everything from the beach wagon and chairs to the pool toys and towels. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of seating for those family meals or playing games. A

House was beautiful! Was kind of disappointed that all the rooms didn't have TVs. When using the dishes buried in between all the plates were multiple plates that were never cleaned and just put back into the cabinet.

Layout of the house was great for our group pf 7 adults and 4 pre-teens. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Location to beach was excellent. Communication with manager was excellent. The inside was clean, although some areas could definitely use a refresh, i.e vents are rusty and dusty, door to courtyard disgustingly grimy and shade is terribly faded and grungy looking. The pool loungers were nice however the covers were crumbly and nasty. For the price of the house I feel pool heat should have been included. Also could definitely use a large gas grill. I would not stay here again but if you can overlook the things I've mentioned then it would be fine.
Inside of door going out to pool/courtyard.

Finally, we’re sorry we couldn’t accommodate your request for an exception to our house rules. These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all our guests.
