Weekend in Orlando

Nice, clean property and convenient location. Enjoyed our stay. Should probably trim the bushes near the entrance. We kept hitting them every time we entered and exited the house.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Only 10-15 min from Disney. Very spacious and clean. We didn’t have very hot water for 1 day but the property manager was very prompt in responding to me and fixing the issue. The bunk bed was noisy with movement so that bothered my daughter during sleep but that was our only issue.

A great Stay in Orlando

Our company was hosting an event in Orlando and this host was extremely responsive to our requests. As this was a 10-day reservation, we were confused about refilling toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry. We had to come in a day early and leave a day later due to Hurricane Beryl in the Gulf. Again the host was very responsive to our needs. A great place to stay to visit in Orlando. Be sure to bring extra toiletries if you stay longer than three days. We would happily stay here again in the future.

Good stay!

Overall, we had a good stay. We had a couple of issues that when added all together are leading me to rate our stay as 4 star. If we had only 1 of these issues. This place would have been 5 stars. Pros: great location for Disney. This place is about 15 mins feom the parks!Great location for shopping. 3 mins from Wal-Mart (The busiest one I have ever seen), restaurants, etc.Plenty of space for our family. They were very quick to respond to our questions/issues during our stay.Cons: The queen beds were super firm. I woke up so soreYou are in a duplex (which is fine) and we had some pretty noisy neighbors on the weekend. We found several dirty dishes when we went to cook. Not a lot of seating in the living room, so we all couldnt watch a movie together.Overall, this place is fine. It does lack personality and it feels very much like a hotel condo. Not bad, but not knock your socks off.

Casa maravilhosa

Beautiful Home

Rating 5 Home very spacious, clean, location was great, if I recall correctly 5-10 minutes from Disney, close by Publix, neighborhood quiet. We just had one problem- key code (house door) to enter the property on the 2nd day did not work, called the emergency line waited 2 hours until I went through VRBO website and contacted the owner luckily they were connected and was able to provide us access to the property, other than that hiccup. I’ll rent again as I previously stated the home spacious and very very clean.
