Nelson was very helpful with letting us check-in earlier due to arriving way before check-in. Condo pictures as exactly as pictured. View is exactly what is pictured. You can see a small view of the beach. The beach is in walking distance along with other places to walk to such as shopping, eating, etc. This place is 0.2 mile walk to the Ocean Deck Restaurant (highly recommend trying this place out). If you don't want to use your car Uber was awesome and not too expensive. We did stay in the condo long to utilize any of the cooking equipment but it looked like it had everything you needed. The king size bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would say is that towels were provided, but we only received 2 washcloths for a 3 night stay and I did not want to use the coin laundry just for that small amount of load-so I would advise to bring washcloths. Other than that I felt the area was safe and the people we ran into were nice. We will definitely book again.

It was very quaint and convenient to the event my husband was coaching at the Ocean Center. Only downfall was construction in the unit next to us from 7am until 5 pm and the closest elevator was out of service. Those two hiccups were not by fault of the property owner. Would stay again!

Ive stayed here before and it was a great time. My room had some small changes to make it even nicer. Love this room and location for what i vacation there for and will continue to pick this room

Had. Great view of the beach from the small balcony in the unit access to the beach and pool was easy as well. The only negatives we encountered was it is not easy to turn southbound onto A1A, but there are several restaurants within an easy walk. And the owner ofThe unit is top notch and replies to any need very fast

Our room had no A/C THE PLACE WAS A WRECK

We had to find other accomidations and this cost me a small fortune. But it was no choice we couldnt stay in this hotel.

Great trip

Clean condo, great view, great pool, easy access to to the sand, great location, very attentive manager. If something could possibly go wrong with a trip, it did for us but the owner communicated exceptionally well with me and worked diligently to fix problems that occurred that were completely out of his hands.

Great location

The condo was located walking distance to the pier, ocean deck restaurant and crabby’s restaurant, right on the beach. It had a comfortable king bed, fully usable kitchen, great water pressure in the shower, but sofa could use an upgrade and no air conditioning. They did provide several fans throughout which made it bearable but not what you expect on vacation in hot Florida. The pool was good sized but needed umbrellas and cleaning and there was a lot of pot smoking in the complex. Parking was very convenient and always available. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay and would return if the air conditioning was remedied.

The property was in a great location. The condo was great. I was little concerned about some mould in the ceiling of the bathroom, however. The biggest concern is that the pool is not open. The ad for the unit clearly stated the pool was open. It was clear that the pool was closed for quite some timeclear that the pool hasn't

Really great

The condo was clean and easy to access from the elevator. The king bed was very comfy and the kitchen well equipped. There was a nice view from the balcony. The property is right on the beach and within walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Parking was no problem. Would highly recommend this property to a couple visiting Daytona Beach.

The condo was clean. It is not ocean front but the view from the Juliette balcony was still amazing. We enjoyed our stay.
