We had a lovely stay at this holiday house and really enjoyed our time there. The house is comfortable, well equipped and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is excellent and was definitely one of the highlights, while the gardens are beautifully maintained and provide a lovely, peaceful setting.The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still feeling private and relaxing when at the house.Overall, the property is very well kept and clearly cared for. The only areas that could be improved are the interior decor, which feels slightly dated in places, and the mattresses and pillows, which could be a little more comfortable.That said, these are relatively minor points, and we would happily stay here again. A great holiday home in a lovely setting.

Very Lovely Villa

Lovely Villa in a super location, easy to walk into town, very inexpensive taxi home ( up hill on the way back!) but very nice restaurants within 2 minutes walk from the Villa without the need to go into town. Beach two minutes walk away with the very nice OStop restaurant, beach bar. Pool was lovely, house was well equipped, beds comfortable. We would rent this property again.

Excellent stay

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! It had everything we needed, especially for our daughter, with plenty of toys and thoughtful amenities to keep her entertained. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the trampoline and playground added even more fun to our stay. The location was ideal, offering convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Perfect Property in Carvoeiro

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Faria. Everything went smoothly with making the arrangements and checking in. The place was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved lounging around the pool and barbecuing as well as venturing out to the town and several nearby beaches. Great location to walk to town (about 25 mins) and the closest beach (about 7 mins). We would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Our first Portugal 🇵🇹 experience

We were so lucky as to have found this beautiful property. The house was perfect, from the moment we open the gate we kept on falling in love and hope to return next year. In my opinion 1 week is not enough to see the areas around and enjoy the beautiful Casa Faria. Thank you Andreas for all your help and for allowing our family into your precious home. Obrigada, Karem

Great for families with children

We stayed here with 3 adults (1 senior), 1 small child (2yo) and 1 infant. The hosts were very accommodating with both a baby crib & highchair for meals available before we arrived. My toddler loved the putting green, trampoline, and playground. The location is quiet, safe, and residential, but not quite as close/walkable to the beach or to downtown Carvoeiro as I had realized - be prepared to drive, most likely. We still loved the house & the amenities on site and would recommend staying here!

Review

We all absolutely loved our stay at your villa. After having our original villa cancelled on us 2 months before our trip we were very fortunate to get such an amazing villa. We all loved the pool and activities in the garden, my children loved playing golf. The Villa was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of saucepans and plates, glasses etc. We found some really lovely restaurants not far from the Villa and we enjoyed amazing food. We would definitely stay here again if we plan another visit to Portugal in the future.

We absolutely loved our time at Casa Faria. We are a family of 4 with two boys aged 11 and 13. It was immaculately clean and brilliantly equipped.It had a luxurious feel while still having a rustic Portuguese charm. The pool is huge and great fun. Word of warning… it is 1.2 metres at its most shallow. It is also beautifully heated. The hottub was fabulous and felt very luxurious. We didn’t use the sauna or steam room but they looked great. We loved hanging out at the pool, chilling on the Sun loungers and having breakfast out in the terrace. The house and garden is immaculately kept. Air conditioning inside is top class which great relief from the hot Sun. The villa is a little way away from the nearest shop (about 10 minutes one way and 15 mins the other). Carvoeiro town is around 15 minutes walk downhill and has many beautiful restaurants. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes walk and has a lovely beachside restaurant. Communication with the host and management company was always fast and very positive… thank you Andreas and Susanne. I would highly recommend Casa Faria and Carvoeiro to anyone. We were so sad to leave and really hope to return next year!!

Unterkunft, die alles bietet

Wir haben mit unserem 5 jährigen Sohn im Juni 2025 das Glück gehabt, dass wir für zwei Wochen Gäste sein durften. Die Unterkunft bietet wirklich alles was man braucht und liegt in einer vernünftigen Infrastruktur, damit auch unabhängig von jeglichem Wetter Erholung ohne Langweile aufkommt. Das Objekt ist gepflegt und gerade für Kinder ein Erlebnis. Die Außenanlage bietet schattige Plätze und einen wundervollen grünen Blick. Der Pool bietet die Möglichkeit, dass man sich beim Schwimmen gut austoben kann. Der SPA Bereich für die Großen und der Spielplatz für die Kleinen runden das Ambiente ab. Und wenn dann doch noch mal was sein sollte, ist schnelle Unterstützung vorhanden. Uns bleibt daher nichts anderes übrig als 5 Sterne zu vergeben. Wir waren so angetan, dass wir direkt nochmals vor Ort die nächste Reise gebucht haben. Wir freuen uns schon sehr

Perfectly idillic

We had a very comfortable stay in this villa. The pool was warm and a great size. The sail shades and comfortable chairs at the side we’re in constant use. The Villa is in a great location. Gorgeous sea front restaurant in walking distance and a super market a short drive away. Would throughly recommend this villa.

Case Faria

Villa was fantastic, very comfortable and as described. Local area very busy, road next to the Villa was very busy at times, music was loud coming up from the town in the evening. Lots of dogs barking near by and certainly won’t miss the leaf blowers!! Not as peaceful as hoped for.

Wonderful holiday

I cannot speak highly enough of this villa. It was everything we could have ever wanted. The villa was very clean and tidy. Very well stocked with equipment and amenities. The pool and sitting area were fantastic. Both very large and quiet. Nice distance from the town and the beach. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely house with spectacular large gardens

Very clean, cared for house with very well looked after, beautiful, mature garden. Had a fantastic holiday staying there, had everything you could need. Large pool with sun beds, hammock and bean bags around it, shaded area too. The children loved the donkey at the bottom of the garden. Beds very comfortable. Easy to walk into town and to the beach, felt very secure. Only drawback was to maintain the house and garden at such a high standard, this meant the cleaner, gardener and pool man visited for several hours each week which felt intrusive at times.

Better than 5* -fantastic holiday home from home

What can I say other than what a home from home! This villa has everything you need.and more besides. The pool was huge and was used every day. The beds and seating were the most comfortable I have ever had in a home rental. The large tv had many channels and also had Netflix, Amazon, Disney apps so you could log on and chill of an evening. There is a desk should you need to work. The gardener keeps the gardens immaculate as does the cleaner with the inside. We had a couple of minor issues and the management company were so quick and efficient at sorting them so thanks to Suzanne! The main town is around 25minute walk downhill and the Tivoli sky bar for cocktails and an amazing view only 5 minutes away. I cannot recommend this villa enough and I hope to return again. Thank you.

Haus im authentischen Portugal Style!

Tolles Haus und Top Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr nah am Strand. Gepflegter Garten , super Pool. Komplette Ausstattung, Klima, Fliegengitter, Waschmaschine und Trockner etc. Sehr nettes Personal (Putzfrau und Gärtner!) und deutscher Vermieter. Gerne wieder!

Casa con encantó en un entorno paradisíaco

Casa muy agradable, todo muy cómodo. El jardín es una maravilla, la piscina muy grande para hacer largos y disfrutar en familia. La única pega es el compresor de agua situado en el patio de la cocina, hace mucho ruido por la noche (durante el día no molesta nada) y deja inhabilita la habitación del fondo. Tuvimos suerte ya que solo tuvimos que usar las 2 otras habitaciones. El resto fue fantástico.

Wonderful set up and location

Our children are 11 years old twin boys and 7 years old girl. We all loved the pool and playing golf in the gardens. Villa has great set up with breakfast table outside in the shade, plenty space to kick a gold ball and a big swimming pool. The only thing pool was a little too deep for our 7 years old but plenty of swim aid around to help her. Villa is close to the beach and village but would be really helpful if pavement was build to make it safer for children walking to the village and beach. Andres is a great host and was very helpful!

Casa Faria Fabulous Property in great location

Our whole experience was magical, the property itself is stunning with a fantastic pool and a professional quality putting green which provided immense fun even for us non golfers. The managing agents “Inside Summer” were brilliant with great communication before we arrived and on going help and assistance during our stay. Always available at any time with friendly advice when needed. All in all a great experience and we will definitely return.

Wedding in Portugal

We had a fantastic time and this property was everything they advertised. The outdoor space was simply beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the pool. We loved it!

We could live in this Casa

We have rented in the Carvoeiro area over the past 9 years and we has a family think this was the best yet. A lot of thought has gone into the flow of the house and the beautiful gardens especially at night when the well placed lighting gives a very special feel to the place. The pool is heated and was very popular with all . The location is also is easy walking distance to Carvoeiro and it’s many restaurants. Plus the local area of Centianies . Definitely a holiday let to revisit.

Perfect family villa in Carvoeiro

This property was the ideal setting to introduce our children - ages 18, 15 and 13 to the Algarve. A 5 minute walk to the best beach in the region- centianes beach - which had a nice little spot for a lunch or a drink & great place to catch a boat tour of the caves. 10 minutes walk towards Carvoeiro and you reach Algar Seco and more amazing hikes/cave exploration. But the highlight of the trip was the perfectly appointed house and pool. After relaxing on the outdoor patio, or lounging in the pool - we didn’t want to leave to walk to dinner each night- some must visit restaurants are le Cro Tapas and O Cantinho or Earth Cafe for lunch. We hope we can return in the future!! Thank you for sharing your piece of perfection!

Great Place ! We will return.

Beautiful property with everything we needed. Relaxing quiet place with all mod cons for a great stay , which we had. Cleaning lady superb too !
