Welcome to “Together in Paradise” a beautiful and new six-bedroom/eight-bathroom (sleeps up to 24) vacation home in Paradise Village at Zion resort located in Santa Clara, Utah! With all the AWESOME amenities that Paradise Village in Zions has to offer such as a great waterpark for the kids, waterslides, kids' cove, and lazy river. There is a great fitness room and clubhouse with additional pools, waterfalls, and slides, plus a 20+person jacuzzi for the whole family! Not to mention food and beverages available poolside. This home is perfect for family “together” time, family reunions, friend get-togethers, sports teams, church group getaways, and a place to stay for so many events held in Southern Utah including a short 8-minute drive to the Tuacahn Center for the Arts to watch a Broadway Musical in the Desert. Because of the location of this home, it can accommodate additional parking for larger groups. Adjacent to this property is Gubler Park where “Together in Paradise” guests have amazingly easy access to pickleball courts, paved walking trails, a splash pad, children's playground, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, and pavilions. (These pavilions, courts, and fields can be reserved through the City of Santa Clara).

This beautiful and spacious home is loaded with all the indoor amenities a large group would want in a vacation home: A large living room area with seating for everyone to watch their favorite movie or event on the large Samsung QLED 4K Smart TV with surround sound. There are six bedrooms and six full bathrooms with two half bathrooms conveniently placed in the home. This beautiful home can sleep up to twenty-four people allowing family and friends to gather and enjoy time together. The large master bedroom is on the main floor and has a king bed, walk-in closet, beautiful desk, a large Smart TV with a private master bathroom, his and her sinks, walk-in glass shower and a soaker tub. Also, on the main floor is a large kitchen to gather together and is stocked with all the necessities that many chefs dream about to prepare a gourmet meal with dining space including an extra-large table, additional chairs, and bench accommodating enough for twenty-four seats. As you wander upstairs you will find a roomy game room with a large 4K Smart TV for the game day event or Xbox series X tournaments, table for your favorite card games, a kitchenette to prepare your favorite snacks and an upper deck to enjoy the beautiful Southern Utah views. Also, upstairs are four bedrooms and a bunkroom that sleeps twelve. All the bedrooms and bunkroom are beautifully decorated and have their own full ensuite bathrooms and large Smart TVs. Along with all the amenities is a loaded garage with a ping pong table, pickleball equip., bicycles, spikeball, sport balls, scooters, and many other fun yard games and pool toys.

Great place for a family reunion! Bunk room was great for all the kids. I would note that if you want kids to sleep in parent rooms- they are too small to set up a pack and play or blow up twin mattress unlike other units in Paradise Village. Love the proximity to pools! 2 fridges, hot tub, and fire pit were great!

Fun family reunion.

The house was big enough for our large group. The house was clean at first glance but when we started living there we found it was not clean. We found several cockroaches one in an upstairs bedroom and several in the kitchen. The house needs a good cleaning not just a superficial clean. Nice resort, pools were not crowded.

Lots of space and lots of fun amenities

It was wonderful for our family of 4 children and all their kids. Everyone had a room and plenty of bathrooms. The gathering area and kitchen are spacious. We loved they had 2 long dining tables pushed together that accommodated 14 people or you could separate them for 20 to 22 people. It was clean, in cooler weather the hot tub and fire pit would have been great to use but we were there in summer. Since it was summer our kids loved the water park everyday. The place has pretty much everything you need and some fun outdoor toys in the garage such as bikes, scooters, cornhole, ping pong, spike ball and water toys. What we really lived also was 2 refrigerators/freezers one inside and one in the garage. Red Sands is great to work with and they communicate just what you need to know with clear instructions. They are also quick to respond if you need anything. Our stay went really smooth, we did see we needed more dishwasher pods because one a day was not enough for our big family, we needed 2 a day and they promptly brought over more and some dish cloths. They were always very kind. This place is just a couple of houses down from the waterpark entrance so super convenient. If it works out for us all to come again sometime we will definitely choose to come to this home again.

Fantastic family getaway

We had so much fun. The kids had a huge bunk room where they could play and had enough space for all their stuff. The pools were amazing! It was so nice to have enough room in a very nice place!

Our family Thanksgiving get together was great. The house was perfect, plenty of rooms, a lot of space. Loved all the bathrooms. It was clean and well maintained. Thinking of going there again. There was so much to do we couldn't fit it all in.

Fun family get-away

The perfect spot to get together with a large group. There was lots of space to keep everyone comfortable. There’s a fridge in the kitchen and garage and a good supply of kitchen tools to use. There was a crockpot, instant pot, waffle iron and more. It’s nice to be able to cook meals when you have such a large group. We enjoyed the pools, fire pit, hot tub and playground during our stay. The location of the house was great since it was right by the lazy river/water slide pool and the walking/bike path. The management is prompt with responses as well. This was the best rental we have used so far for our family get togethers.

Family Time

This was a wonderful, spacious property. We loved having bathrooms with each bedroom, giving everyone privacy and their own space. It's perfectly situated by the Water Park/Pools and the kids had so much fun and being able to just walk back & forth was a bonus! Having the running path right behind us was also a plus! We would definitely stay here again! Just a couple of suggestions for improvement (that we don't want posted - because we really love the property - but want to share). Some of the bath towels had a musty odor and should be sanitized. The kitchen/dining room floors need a good mop. The kids feet and baby's knees and feet would get black quickly. We couldn't find any kitchen rags, just towels. A couple of the chairs on the patio need repair. The chairs in the downstairs family room looked a little wobbly. We absolutely loved this beautiful property and any questions I had were immediately answered so this was a very positive stay and I don't want our suggestions to taint that.

Fun in St. George

This house was great for our family reunion. The large bunk room worked well for all the cousins. The large table in the kitchen has big enough for adults to play games, when kids went to bed. We also enjoyed the water park which was just across the street and the water fall pool. We went to a show at Tuacon that was only 20 minutes away. Fun time.

Beautiful home

We had an issue with an electrical outlet in a bathroom, It was repaired the day we reported the issue. It would be nice to have a simple cable package in this home for news and sports. There were only [2] dish towels in the home it would be nice to have a few more. Some cleaning product and good supply of trash bags for kitchen would be great also.

Beautiful Home

Your home is beautiful and functional. The location is perfect distance away from the pool (noise) at the same time being very accessible for the little ones to walk to. Loved the trial right behind the house also. Loved that every room had it's own bathroom. Very organized! Interior decor is great. Loved staying here! 2 small things that you want to be aware of. 1-The towel hook right outside the master shower door falls out of the wall if you try and hang anything on it.2-We could not get the dryer to work.

Loved this trip! The company was great with communication and quick to respond to any question or concerns. Everyone loved the pools! I loved the close proximity to hikes. The house was clean and comfortable! The house felt like I was on vacation with my large family- not staying in a hotel or bare home. I would love to come back and stay with them!!

This was our second year in this home and our entire family loves it! We are able to all eat at the table together and had fun sitting around the fire pit! We grilled burgers and it's close to the trail to the park (right off the back patio). There were plenty of options to use like pickleball paddles, bikes, scooters, pool toys, ping pong and so much more. We will be back again next year!

Great but…

Such a great place, but the noise from the neighbors and other rentals will almost have us considering a different neighborhood. Maybe a different week would be better. (Spring Break this year)

House was Great for Multiple Adults

Sometimes on Vrbo capacity is misleading with bunk beds and pullout couches. This house had plenty of beds/rooms for multiple adults (not all couples, 2 to a bed) as well as the large bunk room for all the kids. There was a nice grocery store down the street which was great. The only complaint we had was that most of the adult’s beds were hard and could have used more blankets. Also, the driveway is really steep which was a worry for grandma to deal with in the rain but not a problem for most people. Other than that the house was awesome and we would definitely rent again.

Second time we rented this property. Not very clean at all. The patio window no cover,some dishes were dirty, had to wash some bedding because some had hair on the sheets. If you as the rental have rules those rules should apply to you as well!You shouldn't have to go to rental properties to clean you should go and enjoy. Thanks

Peck's Thanksgiving Vacation

It was more than we expected, the rooms were clean and looked great, plenty of items in the kitchen to have a successful thanksgiving dinner, the kids loved the hot tub and swimming areas. Just a thought to be able to lock the door when we go out for an activity.

Great place to stay!

The house was clean and has a great layout! Bathroom with every bedroom and two half baths. Everything was labeled so you could find it easily. It's very close to the pools and to Tuachan. Met all our needs wonderfully! The kids loved the bunk room :)
