Beautiful spacious 3 BR/2.5 BA in central location, sleeps 8. Easy walking distance to beach, San Carlos marina, great restaurants, brew pub, supermarkets, taquerías and more. Enjoy breathtaking views and sunsets over San Carlos Marina and Tetakawi Mountain from two private patios. Full service kitchen, bar counter with open floor plan to main living space. Private washer & dryer. Free wifi, SmartTV with Roku, linens & bath towels, heating & cooling and electric fireplace for cozy winter evenings. Communal pool.
Condo 311 is located on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway. Elevator access is available. Guests also have access to 311 via a side entrance, which has stairs only. The side entrance is located across from the private parking space and lock box location where you access the keys at check-in.
Main floor living space includes a bedroom with a lower double bunk bed & upper twin bed, half bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen, dining & living area. Main floor living space includes a sliding door to a patio with outdoor table, chairs, umbrella and propane BBQ to enjoy the breathtaking views of Tetakawi mountain and the San Carlos Marina.
There are stairs to the upper level which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, closet & shelving space in each bedroom and a patio adjacent to the master bedroom with a high table and 2 bar stools. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen and twin bed.

A place for family, not 3 adult couples? Three bedrooms: Master has a king size bed, other upstairs room has two twins (that they won't convert into a king?, I asked) and downstairs room has bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top and only 1/2 bath downstairs (sink & toilet), so if you want to shower you have to go upstairs. What we like most was the a/c works great, the location to the marina and the views from the balconies. Comfortable to hang out and sleep, but we didn't stay in our condo that much too busy fishing :) Also, the complex has two beautiful pools, but do you have to pay $100 pesos to use the pool or is that just the hotel pool? The check-in instructions weren't very clear. I read it as no, but my friend read otherwise. We didn't use the pool, but just was wondering??

This property exceeded our expectations. Firstly the incredible views! Exactly how it was marketed. Exceptionally clean. Equipped with Every kitchen amenity you can think of. This will unit was very quiet and peaceful at night. There isn’t another condo above. The bed was comfortable. We only used the master bedroom. The water pressure was strong. The bathrooms were A little dated but very clean. The master and the guest bedroom were huge with vaulted ceilings. The grounds are immaculately groomed. The pools are not heated. We had gatherings under the huge palapas pool side. It has outdoor grills. This property is surrounded by many excellent independent restaurants and shops. 2 blocks to a great grocery store. There are many beaches within walking distance.the property manager was very prompt to respond when we had questions. We had a great 3 months in this sanctuary on the San Carlos Marina at the base of the remarkable Tetakawi Mountain

No the greatest host

The property and location are good but the communication with the host was horrible. To start the host sends you paperwork and wants you to sign paperwork but on the paperwork there is nowhere to sign. Also as soon as you enter the place the AC was not on and it was 95 degrees plus humid. The AC they have in this place is also not the greatest. The AC needs Freon and it has a very small unit in the living room and doesn’t cool the living area. Get ready to play treasure hunting because we’re you pick up the keys it’s a big problem. The indication on the form doesn’t have good explanation on how to find the lock box. Took me 45 minutes to look for the look box. I called the host 5 times and never answered my call nor got a call back. Also the pool areas in this location is not free they make you pay additional cost to use the pool areas. This place needs to upgrade the furniture because what is there it’s very old and it looks like they haven’t change the mattress in 10 years or more. So if you decide to rent this place be prepared for this to happen to you. The only thing I like from this place was the location that’s all.

Water pressure issues and pool availability misleading

The apartment was clean and well stocked. The location is very central and ideal for shops and restaurants. Unfortunately it is at the top of 4 flights of stairs and the hotel elevator is a good walk from parking and at appt level. The water pressure is insufficient for the showers and on 2 days the water was off completely. We were informed that we had access to 3 pools; that is not correct. The hotel pool is out of bounds and once when settled there, we were told to gather our things and go! One of the other 2 pools was out for repair/service but the only one for use had only 5 (poor condition) loungers. Overall not recommended for seniors.
