Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

We found cockroaches in the closet and Manager tried to cheat us on the rooms by false advertising or playing with the title advertised ... she changed our room but never gave us any credit for the multiple issues we had. I go to Miami 5 times a year , I was hoping to stay at one place all the time but I am not going back there again and on top of it you are forced to pay a ridiculous parking fee .....

THe location is great! The Beach access, Pool, were wonderful. THe owner was flexible and check in and check out were smooth. THe apartment was is dismal condition. The paint was pealing off, the tub glaze was peealing, the shower had mildew, there were cockroaches. the furnishing were sparce, outdated and old. There were no Kitchen utinsils, not even a pan or spatula. There were minimal towells, Bedding, bathmatts etc. Overall I felk Ikky staying there and would not go back.

Excellent access to beach. Cleanliness very good.Kitchen would have been improved with salt & pepper, a small thing of cooking oil and a dish rack.Apartment needs new vertical blinds.View was lovely!

The check in was simple and easy! The place was spacious and clean for my family. The only suggestion I have is to bring your own towels it was an issue to get additional towels. It was 8 ppl in the suite but was only provided 5 towels and the housekeeper was giving me an issue about getting more. Aside from that the stay was great!

Glad I was only staying one night. The place did NOT look like the pictures. Would not stay here again. The place looked old and well used. There was bright red blood on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The place looked and felt dirty. The nicest part about it was that the kitchen looked newer.

Quick Stay

We stayed at this property before cruising from Miami. I'm glad I didn't allow negative reviews to influence our decision to stay. It was as posted and I'm sorry we were only staying for one night.

Over all nice stay

The rooms were nice. But the sitting chairs in living room were completely warn out.The pool is not heated. Location is excellent.

Stay was enjoyable. Unit was good. Be prepared to spend extra to buy cookware and dishwashing supplies if you plan on cooking.

Our stay

Our rental unit was way bigger than expected. Tons of room for 6 adults. Beautiful view. Clean. We were extremely happy. Staff were very friendly. Pool area was very nice. Beach is incredible. Definitely would stay here again!

Very friendly staff, very helpful. The place in general is a bit run down, but the beach is perfect, the pool is not bad for the kids. The Appartment itself was spacious and no issue on cleanliness apart that it was old and needs a renovation. Would stay there again

It was nice to stay there, And front desk was very nice and helpful. Property was nice as well. The pool time was a little early to close when you a 4:00pm check in. The down side no restaurant open on Property. But I will still give a referral to others.

The place was filthy and very run down. It had none of the common things we find in VRBOs like dishwasher detertgent, paper towels, enough cups and flatware. I stayed for 8 days with 6 adults in my party and there was only 3 forks so we had to purchase plasric silverware. They claimed there was washers and dryers but they were down the hall (not in the condo) and cost more. To get more towlet paper or towels i had to go to request them and take my dirty ones to exchange them and often there was not a person working so i would have to go to the front desk for them to get someone. I would absolutely not stay there again

This property was not clean, smelled just terrible and had roaches. I have never given a poor review before but I was extremely disappointed with this rental. Parking was an additional 30 a day and you would think for that price the garage would be better. It was not a good experience at all.

Party started above us 1am total disturbances until 5:30 am. Loud music. Screaming, sounded like furniture moving.

The pictured living area is not the property we received. The whole condo was dirty. The curtains had dirt on them the side of the walls covered in dirt and dust. Roaches were in the kitchen. There was little cookware and serve ware. The oven does not hold heat so it was difficult to cook anything. The beds were comfy however and it is a large space to accommodate a large group.

I read the many negative reviews on this place. We needed a 2 or 3br for 1 night before we left on a cruise, and obviously our options were extremely limited in the Miami Beach area. This seemed to fit the bill, and so I booked with low expectations. As is most of South Beach, this building is older, and has it's warts that come with that. But, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the unit we were given was more than adequate. It was clean, the furniture was somewhat dated, but, in good shape. It was actually a 4 bedroom, although, one of the rooms had to be accessed through another. We had plenty of room for 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids) to spread out, and I didn't experience most of the negative comments that others complain about. Not to mention, the price was great for the size we got. We were right on Collins, with a balcony overlooking the street. There is always a "you get what you pay for" aspect with a hotel, and I feel like we got a lot for our money at this place.

Wedding large room needed

Stayed for my sons wedding. Nice 3 bedroom lbs with enough beds to accommodate our 7 family members. My only comment would be the couch isn’t very comfortable to lounge on it more for looks and the towel situation was lacking. We needed to ask for more towels and wash clothes. Note there is a coffee maker but no coffee me so bring what you need if you want it in your room. Nice big refrigerator.

Property is very dated. Check in staff is not friendly or helpful. Pool area is awful. Restauarant is very limited and no bar as advertised. TVs didn’t work and bathroom got clogged. I would not stay here again.

Overall ok, but very outdated. Can't use main elevators to take luggage up to room, you must use service elevators which iant easy to get to and a pain in ass. There are no chairs for use at pool as all must be purchased. There are all kinds of hidden costsbecaise all must
