Perched directly across from the scenic ocean bluff, this inviting coastal retreat offers spectacular panoramic views of the Pacific and the perfect setting for your next beach getaway. Thoughtfully designed with multiple levels of living space, this home combines comfort, charm, and convenience just minutes from the beach.
The top floor features an open-concept living area filled with natural light and stunning ocean vistas. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and cozy living room, complete with a warm propane fireplace — perfect for relaxing after a day by the coast. Step outside onto the private deck to enjoy your morning coffee, evening sunsets, or simply take in the fresh ocean air. Also located on the upper level is a loft area with a sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space and a cozy spot to unwind.
The spacious primary suite occupies the second level and provides a peaceful retreat with beautiful ocean views, a propane fireplace, and a private full bathroom. On the lower level, you’ll find two comfortable guest bedrooms and an additional full bathroom, making this home ideal for families or groups traveling together.
Guests will appreciate the ample off-street parking, as well as the ping pong table located in the garage for added entertainment during your stay. Best of all, the beach is just a quick 5-minute drive away, with convenient vehicle access parking available. Parking fee is charged for parking on the lot.

Very nice accommodation

We had a great time staying at this house. I was unable to start the living room fireplace or use the surround sound. Everything thing else was great.

Location, view and family friendly

Beautiful location with the view of the sunset at the horizon. Long drive way, all rooms with ocean view, surround sound Bose speakers and back patio with the hill and ocean view. Family friendly and the kids had a wonderful time.

Would stay again

The privacy and location was perfect for an extended weekend getaway. The home was comfortable and amazing. We woke up daily to deer grazing and sunrise over the ocean. Plenty of towels, blankets and everyday amenities. Would love to stay again in the future!

Family Retreat

Nice house a few minutes' drive from Dillon Beach. the family loved it. We saw deer walk right up the back porch. Also, the sunset views are lovely. The place easily accommodated all 7 of us.

Really Nice

The house was impressive. Every room was given thought and care. The kitchen was very well stocked, living room comfortable, master bath perfectly wide and deep. Best of all, that ping pong table in the garage. Gave us hours and hours of fun!

We had a wonderful time at your Dillon Beach home! The house was clean, spacious and a true joy to stay in! We will definitely come again! Our favorite thing about the house was the spaciousness of the house. All our kids had their own space. The kitchen was very easy to maneuver and so many kitchen utensils. We wanted for nothing. Lovely property in remote coastal area

We stayed at Dillon Beach in late July. The temperatures were cool and the weather somewhat foggy for some of the time, but the view was great when the sun came out! The location is far from basic services (15 miles, about half hour for groceries), so stop off on your way in. My family was myself, my husband and my 2 college aged sons. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Theres a brand new ping pong table which the boys enjoyed. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Overall Great Property

Nicely maintained home with beautiful views, very clean and kitchen has nice amenities/decently organized. Back deck is gorgeous view and nice area. Slightly older decor but in good shape overall. We will stay here again! Only cons are the steep driveway (common for that area, but difficult for drivers and parking) and in the master bedroom limited curtains (several windows with no window coverings so bright mornings), no tv, and not very quiet (can hear everything going on upstairs in main area/kitchen). But lower rooms are quiet.

Delightful vacation home!

This house was such a pleasant surprise! The pictures are obviously beautiful but until you see the view, the neighborhood, the home and the beach in person then you really get to see the beauty of it all. My best girlfriends and I stayed here with our kiddos and it was just the perfect place for our group! Five minute scenic walk to a stunning beach and fun little surprises throughout the house (ping pong table, board games, beach chairs/toys and plenty of room to play). We will be back again in the future, as I can see this as a new Family/Friend tradition! :)

Place the was sweet.....

Loved the house. Open and wonderful floor plan and views are just amazing. However if you don't like or can't walk up and down stairs this place is NOT for you. Also, it's not that easy to walk to the beach. The paths are pretty treacherous and unsafe. Posted signs at the start of one path say, "Unsafe, proceed at your own risk." We ended up purchasing passes to park at the beach for $10 a day. The store is great and the restaurant is ok, but is only open Thursday through Sunday. Weather was perfect during our stay,. I seriously miss Dillon Beach now that we are home in the HOT weather. Will definitely go back and would stay at this house again I think. Also considering something closer to the water. If you want to walk to the beach this property is NOT for you.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

A group of friends rented this house for a couple of nights for a fun getaway weekend. The views are amazing, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk down to the water. There's only one small market in town, so come prepared with whatever you'll need. There were a couple of issues... The listing says 5 beds but there were only 4 beds (including the couch bed). We made it work but it wasn't what we were expecting. The gas fireplace in the living room was broken, and the grill was missing a propane tank. The host got us a replacement tank after messaging, but it did mean we weren't able to grill dinner our first night.
