Harbor Haven is a beautifully remodeled home overlooking Cotton Bayou in Orange Beach. Harbor Haven is located in a small gated community with beach access across the street. Bring your own chairs/umbrellas for a relaxing day on the beach or simply walk over and rent a set from Suncoast Beach Service from March thru Oct! There is a community pool with gazebo area and tennis court in the center of the neighborhood. The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths plus a study with a Queen sleeper sofa. With 3 balconies it provides plenty of space to spread out. Harbor Haven is the perfect place to spend your next Orange Beach vacation!

House was spotless! We enjoyed the property-close to Orange beach shopping. House is well stocked with basics. While beach is technically walking distance, you do have to cross a very busy street to get to it. There is public parking less than a mile a way for 10/day. Easy check out.

Quiet and friendly neighborhood, easy access to groceries and restaurants, beach access, pool area, big, clean and loved the multiple decks!! We cooked in and the grill was so nice and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Great weeks in Orange Beach!

What a beautiful property. The two weeks I was there we numbered four to nine of us. The house accommodated all of us!! Eric was amazing, always answered my questions in a timely manner! Right across the road was the gulf and a bayou in the back yard! I have stayed in many Properties and this one is right at the top. Thank you!

Great stay and Great location

Very large, spacious house with a great open floor plan and in a great neighborhood. Great location with easy access to anything in Orange Beach. Owner was very easy to work with and easy to communicate with. He also helped us secure a couple of boat slips for our pontoon boat and bay boat. We had a great stay and highly recommend you give it a try.

Vacation/softball trip

We absolutely loved our ur stay on Mariner Circle. We loved being close to the beach and entertainment, while still able to retreat to a quiet place once the day was done. The family took advantage of the pool and tennis courts that were close by and my personal favorite was the built in ice maker. We were able to fill our coolers and not go to the gas station for ice. We would definitely stay again!!

Amazing Family Vacation

This house was better than you could even imagine in a safe neighborhood and convenient to everything. Perfect family vacation! Upon arrival house was immaculately clean and absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of room for everyone, comfy beds, plenty of towels and kitchen was stocked with everything needed including extra ice for coolers. Boat slip, pool and tennis courts all just a few houses down and beach just a short walk away. Great communication with host. We really enjoyed our entire stay!

Outstanding

I’d give this property six stars if I could. We spent the month of February here and everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to spread out, including three spacious decks. Eric, our host, was very responsive and answered our questions within minutes.

Fantastic home!

We stayed for a week in this home with 3 small families Ali g with our kiddos and it could not have been more perfect! Location was fabulous! Short and easy walk to the beach. Right down the street from the neighborhood pool and beautiful views of the bay (?) on the opposite side of the home. We cooked almost every meal (with the exception of one night out) and it had pretty much everything we needed! Will definitely book this house again!!

Orange Beach beauty

What an awesome experience we had. The house was absolutely beautiful. We definitely had more than enough space for our entire family. The kitchen is fully stocked. You do not need to bring anything kitchen related with you! All the bedrooms are very good size and decorated beautifully. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Holiday Home in a great location!

This holiday home was perfect for us to visit from the UK and meet together with some of our family now living near Atlanta. The house was the perfect size with a lovely big lounge/kitchen where we could all collect. It was super clean, in very good condition and had all the facilities we needed. Situated in a great location with the Beach on one side and Cotton Bayou on the other, then it's perfect for all your holiday needs. Eric kept in touch with us provided all the information we needed, thanks for being a great host. I can thoroughly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful house. Cozy, clean, and trendy. Great location. Just across the street from ocean. Walk is not bad. Even crossing the four lane road was not a problem. Communication with owner was highly responsive and polite. Amenities in neighborhood are well taken care of and fun. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great, great property. Convenient location, close to everything in a gated community. Home was clean with all the amenities you could ask for, including kayaks and a grill. TV's in every room worked great with kids. We had no complaints at all with the property. Now, here is why I lowered the review by one star. Asking guests to strip the beds and pillowcases is not a good practice,AND when you charge a 335 cleaning fee, it is unreasonable to ask your guests to do the housekeeping. I believe that for a 335 cleaning fee, you should be able to walk out just like a hotel, without bagging trash, gathering towels and stripping beds. That's just my input.Bottom line. The home is great, plentiful amenities and you will love your time there.

Great House

Host was very helpful, the beach here is a great place to watch fireworks on July 4th, crossing 5 lanes of busy traffic with kids can be challenging, and the Palm across the street which is your designated beach access will not let you unload in their lot, but there is a public access just down the road if you want to drive and unload and park your chairs there, house was very accommodating for the 3 families we had staying there, kitchen was more than stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals. Loved having the 2 car garage for parking and leaving all sandy beach items. Lots of porches to enjoy, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful beaches. Clean home.

Beautiful and clean home in a quiet small neighborhood

If you are looking for a place to stay for your family this is the place. I am very picky when it comes to finding a place for my family to enjoy and feel comfortable for a week at the beach. This house was perfect. The house is immaculate and the beds are comfortable. The balconies are nice for quiet time in the morning. We used the public beach access a short drive down the road and it was easy to enjoy a day at the beach. My husband and daughter took the kayaks out one morning. Eric was very helpful and quick to answer any of our questions. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous home away from home

This home is beautiful. Perfect floor plan. Plenty of space. The outdoor decks are very nice for a quiet retreat. Kitchen is well stocked with an ice maker as an added bonus. Short distances to the beach although crossing the main road on foot with beach gear is a little treacherous. Easier to go to the beach access and park. We did not use the kayaks as we did not have a way to transport and was not an easy area for us to put in the water. Perfect distance to dining, The Wharf, Gulf Shores and shopping. Loved the area and the peacefulness. Would rent this house again. Thank you for the quick response and hospitality.

Spring break 2023

Amazing house for a family gathering. Eric, the owner was amazing and accommodations personally text me before my arrival with information and making sure we were in full contact. The neighborhood and neighbors are so nice lost our car keys one night and we had the neighbors all out looking for them and we found them. So close to beach in a perfect area for all local, restaurants, seafood music, etc.. I would definitely stay here over and over again. The house plan is perfect for family split level master on main in downstairs three beautiful bedrooms you can’t hear anything. House is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The icemaker was awesome. Definitely re-renting this beautiful home. Cheers Eric!

Lovely, spacious home - even better in person

We selected this property based on the proximity to the beach, and it's size and accommodations. The photos and listing really didn't do it justice, as it is so much better in person! Our party had 5 adults, 1 teenager and 3 children. The large living area, 4 bedrooms and a study provided plenty of room for everyone to have personal space and comfort. On days that we didn't go to the beach, our kids loved spending time in the community pool or fishing off the dock. The property owner, Eric was amazing and promptly answered any questions we had and provided thoughtful recommendations about things we might enjoy in the area. If we ever travel back to Orange Beach, we would definitely enjoy staying there again. Not a comment about the property, but just surrounding area for guests who may not be familiar with Orange Beach: The main road outside of this sub-division (Perdido Beach Blvd/AL-180) is a little dangerous to cross on foot to if you plan to walk to the beach. It's not really a huge deal - Just plan to drive the short distance.

Wright family vacation

The house is absolutely amazing!!! Pictures are fantastic but seeing it in real life is captivating. All the main rooms are on the bottom floor and the master living and kitchen with a separate entertainment room is on the second floor. The home is clean, cold, spacious, and in a gated community. It has a pier to fish off of, a swimming pool, and close to all the eateries and beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice and private. If you're looking for security and have little ones perfect place to book. Eric, our host was wonderful and answered any of our questions that we had. The house comes fully stocked with anything that you would need for your stay. Dishes. Cookware, a grill, kayaks, chairs, toilet paper, towels, trash bags, Saran wrap, aluminum foil etc. Etc. Also multiple balconies that you can just chill on. A main balcony in the front and two in the back upstairs and downstairs. We parasailed while we were there and booked a dolphin cruise... Our teenagers enjoyed both excursions. We also had a send off dinner at Fora-bama. It was super packed and the wait was an hour and a half. If you want to visit there, you might want to go during less peak times. It was very hot and humid during our stay and our last day at tropical depression rolled in and cooled everything off. We had the absolute best time and I'm so happy that we were able to visit Alabama Gulf shores. This was a celebration for my mother's double transplant that she received 18 months ago.

I grew up along the Gulf Coast and have lived in various locations throughout my life. This area, however, has always been "Home" to me. We now reside in the area and spend about half of my time at this awesome beach house. We like being out on the water and chilling at the pool or beach when its hot. Other times , we enjoy riding the Harley, traveling, or working on various projects around the house or in the garage.

Location, location, location! There's a reason its a common saying and this house fits the description. Sandwiched between the beach and cotton bayou in a gated community in the center of Orange Beach puts everything within close proximity. There are plenty of places to go boating in Orange Beach, you can walk across the street to lay on the beach or play in the Gulf of Mexico. You can even rent comfortable beach chairs/umbrellas at this beach spot! There are lots of good restaurants nearby and when you want to venture out; Gulf Shores is a few minutes west and the Florida line where you will find the world famous FloraBama is less than 4 miles to the East.

(Note: you must cross Beach Highway to access the beach, this road can be busy during peak summer season. If you have a lot of belongings to carry; or are uncomfortable walking across, there is a public beach parking area just 500 yards West of the community with paid parking)

Gated community with pool and tennis courts. Private marina with boathouse pavilion that has table/chairs for morning coffee, picnic lunches or watching sunsets as you watch all the boaters pass by! The pool also has a second story covered area overlooking the pool with tables, chairs and an island bar. Great for family get-togethers, birthday parties, etc.

Boat slip is not included as standard but can be rented for an extra fee, contact owner for availability and a quotation. Cotton Bayou public boat launch is just 500 yards West of the property.
