We can’t say enough good things about our stay. The unit was wonderful. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need and close proximity so we could walk down to paradise. I would like to give a special thanks to Rick the owner. His communication was excellent throughout the whole process and he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. My family highly recommends this rental and we will be back for sure!

Great location, large condo, nice pool. Very safe, clean and family friendly. I appreciated all the little things, beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc that were on site.

We had a great stay at this property! It came well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen right down to a cooler and everything else needed for a nice beach day. Rick was incredible to communicate with and we had zero issues during our stay. The condo was spacious and had a million dollar ocean view that we loved waking up to. The location is perfect in a beautiful, quiet area. We have stayed a numerous properties in the Kaanapali area and this one has been the best so far! Hope to be back soon.

This place was awesome! Fully stocked with everything we needed for an awesome stay in Maui. Lovely view from the porch, comfy beds, clean…. what more could one ask for! Perfect for a wonderful stay . Wish we didn’t have to go home home

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The condo was nice, we enjoyed the pool side BBQ, large lanai, tennis courts, and especially the air conditioning!

Maui Marvels

The condo was super amazing, had space to move and it made us feel at home. It was conveniently located among so many wonderful places to go explore and sight see. Would highly recommend and plan to return!

Awesome place to stay in Kaanapali!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The location was fantastic and within walking distance of the beach and shops and the view was awesome from the patio. The condo had everything we needed for a week stay with four adults. Communication was also very easy, they checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well and sent us all the info we needed ahead of time for check in etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

This was our first visit to Maui. The location of this property was close to Kaanapali Beach. We loved all of the restaurants in Whaler's Village. The view from the condo is beautiful! The host was very helpful!

Great view

The view was awesome and the proximity to the pool was great. I’ve stayed at Kaanapali Royal Condos several time. It’s always super quiet. Rick was always quick to respond to any questions I may have had.

Perfect for our young family

This condo had it all- we couldn’t believe how well equipped it was, and a fraction of the cost of other places within walking distance. Our kids loved playing hide and seek in the spacious condo, swimming at the pool, walking to Whalers village, and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean every night eating fresh local grilled fish- heavenly!

Great Maui Vacation!

We absolutely loved this unit! It is roomy and well stocked! Beds were comfortable! Enjoyed being on the lanai, which has a lovely view. Rick was very helpful and great to deal with. Would stay at this lovely unit again for sure!

Awesome stay

Rick communicates promptly. Nice location, close to Whalers Village and to the beach. Parking is easy. Awesome pool and hot tub for relaxation. Place is well equipped for cooking, laundry, and have miscellaneous stuff like beach chairs, inflatables, snorkeling gear, etc.

Great

The property was great! Our children and grandchildren joined us at different times and the condo was perfect for all of us. We walked to Whalers Village and Kaanapali Beach, which was a short ten minutes. Wonderful ocean view without all the people and noise of being on the beach! Rick was always available and helped with any questions or things we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was well equipped and right across from Whalers, perfect location. It was clean and ready for us. Check in/out were very clear and easy. View from the lanai is gorgeous. Pool was clean and almost always empty! Master bedroom and secondary room beds were very both comfortable. The couch pullout bed however, wasn’t the most comfy. Bonus: Our favorite, pressed coffee is only a 5 minute walk away. Had a few hiccups with shortage of towels and remote controls (TV set up is very old) however owned was great! Extremely responsive and very helpful. Mahalo for the beautiful stay!

Mahalo for your feedback. Sorry about the beach towels, they were above the dryer...housekeeper sometimes leaves them in strange places! We will be buying a new larger smart(er) TV for the living room. The master bedroom already has a smart TV. I

Wonderful Condo in Maui!

We really enjoyed our stay in unit J-303. It was bright,comfortable and had good furniture. The carpet looked fairly new. I especially liked the walk in glass-block shower. And each room was clean and neat. It was so big that we had a family get-to-gether one night of 13(using the dining table and one deck table). There were beach supplies and toys-always a plus. I would recommend this unit-it was a delight! Joan Duffin

A great unit for a family vacation.There was three generations in our group and we all had space to enjoy. Sitting on the lanai of an evening catching up on all our days' activity was special,especially with the wonderful view we had overloking the golf course out to the ocean. It was great to be able to walk to Whalers Village and down to some of the hotels. The amenities at the complex were great and the office staff very pleasant. I enjoyed walking into a nice clean,comfortable unit with every thing at our finger tips. I hope to go back in the future as it is the perfect place for family.

Wonderful gathering place!

We had three generations with us on our trip and we all loved our time and accommodations. Rick was incredibly helpful, understanding, and communicative. The place was clean and spacious, no bugs!! (which was a concern with quite a few of the other places we were looking at). It was in a great location, and the amenities kept surprising us! The condo is well stocked with pool and beach toys, games, seating indoor and out, and lots of kitchen supplies for staying in and making meals. My kids loved the pool, basketball courts, views, sand toys, and boogie boarding. This place has all you will need for a rich experience on Maui! We will definitely be recommending this location and returning for future visits. Thank you for sharing your bit of Hawai’i heaven with us!
