Completed in 2021, this newly-built home welcomes you to an unforgettable, Emerald Coast getaway. Located in the the WindMark Beach community, this beautiful four-bedroom offers clean, stylish in-home comforts with easy access to beaches, shopping, and dining, as well as one of the larger driveways for the WindMark area, allowing extra space for additional vehicles.. Overlooking a sandy-bank pond, the home sits next to natural scrubland, providing an idyllic setting to spend quiet relaxation with family and friends. As an added perk, guests will enjoy onsite access to a sparkling pool and cabanas. Modern essentials include central AC, WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The sprawling, single-level layout features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an open-concept living area and fully screened patio. Teeming with new fixtures and furnishings, bright whites and strong natural lighting feature prominently throughout the space. The island kitchen is fully-equipped with an array of stainless steel appliances - plus a dishwasher - to handle family-style meals and cleanup with ease. The breakfast counter offers bar seating for four and the dining table is set for six. The wraparound sofa in the living room provides a comfortable place to kick your feet up after a day of fun in the sun. Stream your favorite shows or gather with the group for a movie night on the wall-mounted smart TV. Enjoy coastal breezes while sipping your favorite beverage on the fully screened patio. Egret, blue heron, and cormorant are all frequent visitors in the backyard pond.

Cozy and Convenient!

the rooms and beds were comfortable with all the necessities to make our stay comfortable...and that was with 10 people (no small children). We drove to the "downtown" area of Windmark and enjoyed the pool, easy walk to the beach, restaurant and ice cream shop. With five older teens, its not always easy to make them happy. This community and the amenities did the trick. Definitely worth the cost of this house to see everyone have such a good time and we hope to return to this house again for another family get together. We are grateful to the homeowners for providing us with a comfortable place to stay in this sweet community.

My family and I took a beach vacation and couldn’t have asked for a cozier place to stay! The house was clean and had anything we could have asked for! There was plenty of room for everyone without it feeling too crowded and over all it was a very pleasant stay for us!

House was perfect. Group of 11 travelers, enough beds for everyone. House was very clean and smelled nice. Hot tub on property was great. A little bit of a walk from the pool and beach. Look into renting a golf cart if you don’t want to walk it. Basketball area pictured would have been nice for the older boys but we could never find it or the play ground pictured. Definitely advise driving around and checking out the area. We plan to visit again!

Very quiet &relaxing place to unwind and the hot tub made it even more so relaxing, the beaches are also beautiful and must also go see St, George IS beach, stores and gas and some restaurants are pretty close & convenient,

Good location but not the best experience

The house itself is great and in a great location. However, we had several issues with the our stay. When we arrived, my husband had to remove a dead snake from the backyard and a dead frog from the hot tub — which was cold. There were no instructions on how to get the hot tub turned on, and we had to text and call Vacasa to get help. They said we probably needed to reset the breaker which they said was located in the garage (which we didn’t have access to). But they said they would send someone over to reset the breaker, which was actually located on the side of the house. The whole first day of our visit, the hot tub had to reheat. The top bunks were not made or ready for us. We had to make those ourselves.The listing stated there was a grill, but the grill has tanks were empty. One of our biggest challenges was that the pool access code they sent was wrong. I communicated this to them, and they gave me another code that also didn’t work. They had me send them pictures showing that access was denied. They asked me if I was in the correct location which I verified. They asked for my phone number and said they would call when they figured out what was going on, and I never received a call. They sent the original code again, which again didn’t work. And then they finally sent another code (which we didn’t try because we received it 2 hours before pool close on our last night). We did get into the pool earlier in the day because another family let us in. Not the best.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time at Casa del Mar. The house was beautiful and spacious for our group of 8. We never felt cramped. The house was stocked adequately for cooking and we enjoyed sitting in the patio and enjoying the night sky which looked like the heavens exploded w so many stars. Its beautifully located, just a few minute walk to the beach. The beach access was great and very picturesque. The hosts were great and we could not have asked for more! If you are looking for a place to relax and forget about your every day chaos, this is the place!!

Home Rating

Everything was clean and beautiful. The only complaint I have was that the description made it seem much closer to the beach and pool than it was. A few extra towels would have been nice as well. All in all we had a remarkable time, and like I said, the home was beautiful AND clean.

WindMark beach Cas Del Mar

The house was beautiful and clean but very sparse. There was only a small amount of the necessities like toilet paper. We did have to go out and purchase beach towels and beach chairs. We were down there for our son’s wedding and other people in our group rented other houses and had plenty of everything from basic necessities to board games to scooters to golf carts and everything in between. It would have been nice if a few extras were provided to keep up with the standard of other Vacasa rentals.

Getaway at Florida coast

The property was very clean and looked new. It's located at the end of a cul de sac in a small beach community which had a town square a short walk from the house. The boardwalk led to a private beach. There was a swimming pool and a small playground pictured, but we didn't take time to visit those. The pictures online were accurate. This would have been top flight if the owners had done several small things. There was no dish soap, dishwasher soap or tissues on site. In the laundry room, there were three small packets of detergent though. Also, we had difficulty actually finding the house, because the owners didn't send the directions until the day of the trip and sent it via email. Our GPS didn't work accurately to find the house. Apparently, we found out that this was a common occurrence there. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay, and the nearby town Port St. Joe has lots of little shops and restaurants to explore.

Clean and cute ideal home and community

Loved the home we stayed in. It was clean, close to the beach and community. There was a cute and safe pond in the back with tons of beautiful seashells. The community around the block was ideal, they had 2 restaurants, a place to rent bikes and kayaks, pool and a beautiful trail. Port St Joe city was cute with lots of quaint local eateries. This is definitely a place for family getaways if you’re not wanting to be in a tourist place like PCB. The beach was cute but definitely not the picturesque clear white Sandy beaches like PCB and Destin.

Very nice house

We really enjoyed the house. The house was very clean, well stocked. The owner even provided smokeless grill in the house and it was so convenient for us to cook. The beach is only 10 mins walk. We love the community, it has the beachwalk and it’s perfect to walk or run in the money. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful house.

Home was beautiful and well furnished. The listing was a bit deceiving, as it was a pretty good walk to the beach. But got some well needed exercise. Hoping when the development is finished, there may be a boardwalk at the end of each cul-de-sac. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend Wyndmark Beach at Port St. Joe.

Perfect!

The house is awesome. I loved the neighborhood and the proximity. We were lucky and it wasn't too crowded so we were able to get over and park right by the beach but it wasn't too far to walk either! Loved the screen porch and sitting outside in the mornings! Can't wait for another visit!!!

Great Family Vacation

Relaxed and quiet community. There where many families here enjoying their stay at the community but it never felt crowded. The access to the beach and pool was easy. Look forward to visiting again.
